腎安合劑配合穴位敷貼治療慢性腎炎的臨床研究

[摘要] 目的 探討腎安合劑配合穴位敷貼治療慢性腎小球腎炎臨床結(jié)果，為慢性腎炎的臨床中西醫(yī)治療提供理論依據(jù)。方法 選擇2015年6月—2016年9月期間于該院治療的90例慢性腎小球腎炎患者并予分組研究，治療組、對(duì)照組1、對(duì)照組2各30例；治療組予腎安合劑配合穴位敷貼治療，對(duì)照組1氯沙坦鉀片組、對(duì)照組2腎炎康復(fù)片組。治療6個(gè)月后，比較分析3組治療效果，包括尿微量白蛋白（UmAlb）、肌酐、尿素氮及尿潛血。 結(jié)果 治療組治療有效率為90.0%，對(duì)照組1治療有效率為70.0%，對(duì)照組3治療有效率為63.3%，治療組與對(duì)照組1、對(duì)照組2相比，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；肌酐、尿素氮、UmAlb及潛血均得到了明顯改善，且治療組比對(duì)照組1、對(duì)照組2改善更明顯，UmAlb下降到（18.43±9.65）mg/L，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。 結(jié)論 腎安合劑配合穴位敷貼治療慢性腎炎的臨床效果顯著，藥物安全性高，所用藥材常見(jiàn)，且價(jià)格便宜，患者易接受，值得推廣。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effect of Shenan Mixture combined with acupoint application in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis and provide the theoretical basis for clinical treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis. Methods 90 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis treated in our hospital from June 2015 to September 2016were randomly divided into treatment group， control group 1 and control group 2. The treatment group was treated with Shen'an Mixture Acupoint application therapy， the control group 1 losartan potassium tablets group， the control group 2 nephritis rehabilitation group. After 6 months of treatment， the therapeutic effects of three groups were analyzed， Including the urine trace albumin （UmAlb）， creatinine and urea nitrogen and occult blood. Results The treatment group effective rate was 90.0%， control group 1 treatment effective rate of 70.0%， control group 3 treatment effective rate of 63.3%， the treatment group compared with control group 1， group 2， statistically significant difference（P<0.05）； Creatinine， urea nitrogen， UmAlb and occult blood were significantly improved， and the treatment group than the control group 1， group 2 more obvious improvement， UmAlb down to（18.43 ±9.65）mg/L and the difference is statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion Shen An Mixture with acupoint application in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis clinical effect is remarkable， drug safety， commonly used medicinal herbs， and the price is cheap， the patient easy to accept， it is worth promoting.

慢性腎小球腎炎是臨床中常見(jiàn)的難治愈性疾病，至今無(wú)特效治療方法，僅1/5左右的的患者是由急性腎小球腎炎轉(zhuǎn)變而來(lái)，其余多數(shù)患者具體病因不明，與感染、免疫反應(yīng)有一定的關(guān)系，臨床主要表現(xiàn)為蛋白尿、血尿、水腫、高血壓，病情發(fā)展緩慢，但最終可導(dǎo)致發(fā)生腎衰竭[1-2]。近年來(lái)研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，中藥及中醫(yī)療法對(duì)于減緩慢性腎炎發(fā)展到腎衰竭的速度及延緩腎衰的發(fā)生有一定的優(yōu)勢(shì)。該研究隨機(jī)抽取該院2015年6月—2016年9月收治的90例慢性腎小球腎炎患者，對(duì)部分患者采用腎安合劑配合穴位敷貼治療，取得了滿(mǎn)意的效果，現(xiàn)報(bào)道如下。……
