摘要:護理專業學生實習是護理專業教育的必經之路,是理論聯系實際,鞏固課堂知識的重要措施。護理臨床帶教教師在護生完成臨床實習的過程中,擔負著重要的責任,臨床帶教質量的高低直接影響著護生實習階段的效果。老師在帶教工作中正確應用同理心,可以增強師生關系,使護生的同理心在無形中得到培養,護生就會站在患者的角度去考慮問題,在以后護理工作中才能真正做到以人為本,滿足患者其身心需要,提高護理質量。

Abstract:Nursing students practice is the only road to nursing education, is the theory with practice, the important measure to consolidate classroom knowledge. Clinical teaching of nursing teachers in nursing students completed the course of clinical practice, the important responsibility, clinical teaching quality directly affects the effect of nursing students internship phase.
