淺談同理心在臨床護理帶教工作中應用

摘要：護理專業學生實習是護理專業教育的必經之路，是理論聯系實際，鞏固課堂知識的重要措施。護理臨床帶教教師在護生完成臨床實習的過程中，擔負著重要的責任，臨床帶教質量的高低直接影響著護生實習階段的效果。老師在帶教工作中正確應用同理心，可以增強師生關系，使護生的同理心在無形中得到培養，護生就會站在患者的角度去考慮問題，在以后護理工作中才能真正做到以人為本，滿足患者其身心需要，提高護理質量。

Abstract：Nursing students practice is the only road to nursing education， is the theory with practice， the important measure to consolidate classroom knowledge. Clinical teaching of nursing teachers in nursing students completed the course of clinical practice， the important responsibility， clinical teaching quality directly affects the effect of nursing students internship phase. Teacher in the teaching work correct application of empathy， can strengthen the relationship between teachers and students， make of empathy of nursing students in virtually get cultivation， protecting another will stand in the Angle of the patients to consider， in the nursing work can be truly people-oriented， meet the needs of the patients with the body and mind， improve the quality of nursing.

實習是專業教育的必經之路，是理論聯系實際，鞏固課堂知識的重要措施。通過實習可以加深對所學知識的理解，進一步提高學生分析問題、解決問題的能力。臨床護理實習是護理教育過程的最后階段，它將彌補學生在校學習期間理論聯系實踐的不足，是護理理論與實踐相結合的第一步，是鞏固課堂理論知識，培養獨立思考與實際工作能力的一種重要教學方式。護理臨床帶教教師在護生完成臨床實習的過程中，擔負著重要的責任，促使學生角色向護士角色轉換，臨床帶教質量的高低直接影響著護生實習階段的效果。老師通過自身牢固的專業思想之外，在帶教工作中正確應用同理心，同理心可以使臨床帶教老師更好了感受實習學生的感受，增強師生關系，用老師的人格魅力更能夠培養出具有高尚的理想道德和情操，成為德、智、體、美全面發展的護理人才。……
