社區中醫輔助治療對肺結核患者生活質量的影響研究

摘要：目的 探討社區中醫輔助治療對肺結核患者生活質量的影響。方法 選取上海市黃浦區兩個社區2015年1月～2016年3月期間100例肺結核患者作為研究對象，其中南東社區50例患者為設為干預組，半淞園社區50例患者設為對照組。兩組患者均接受常規DOTS治療，干預組在此基礎上聯合中醫輔助治療，治療前后采用SF-36生活質量量表對兩組患者的生活質量進行評估。結果 兩組患者治療后6個月、1年各項生活質量評分均較治療前有明顯提高，干預組治療后6個月、1年各項生活質量評分均明顯大于對照組同期（P<0.05）。結論 社區中醫輔助治療可有效提高肺結核患者的生活質量，值得臨床推廣應用。

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of community Chinese medicine as adjuvant therapy in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis on patients' quality of life. Methods 100 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis were selected from two communities in Huangpu District， Shanghai city from January 2015 to March 2016 as the research objective. 50 cases from the southeast community were set as intervention group， the other 50 cases from bansongyuan community the control group. Two groups of patients were treated with conventional DOTS， on whose basis the intervention group adopted the combination of traditional Chinese medicine as an adjuvant therapy. Before and after the treatment， the quality of life of the two groups were assessed by SF-36 quality of life scale. Results Quality of life scores of the two groups of patients after 6 months and one year of the treatment improved significantly compared with those before the treatment. The scores of quality of life in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group at 6 months and one year of the treatment（P<0.05）. Conclusion Community Chinese medicine， serving as an adjuvant therapy， can effectively improve the quality of life of patients with tuberculosis， which is worthy of wide clinical application.

近年來，隨著對中醫藥療法認知的深入，中醫藥輔助治療肺結核取得了滿意效果，并逐漸得到臨床重視。為進一步探討中醫輔助治療對肺結核患者生活質量的影響，本研究對上海市黃浦區兩個社區分別給予了常規DOTS治療，及在DOTS基礎上聯合中醫輔助治療。現報告如下。

1資料與方法

1.1一般資料 選取上海市黃浦區兩個社區2015年1月～2016年3月100例肺結核患者作為研究對象，其中南東社區50例患者為設為干預組，半淞園社區50例患者設為對照組。納入標準：由中國疾病控制預防信息系統傳報登記確診的肺結核病患者；診斷符合中華醫學會結核病學分會制定的有關肺結核的診斷標準；并自愿加入本試驗，并簽定\"知情同意書\"。干預組男27例，女23例，年齡18～60歲，平均年齡（36.7±8.4）歲，病程3～17個月，平均（8.23±2.67）個月；……
