摘 要:針對水源地突發污染事件、工業廢水排放、重點區域大氣環境、城市噪聲等的監測需求,及城市環境數據多元化、海量化和多源異構的特點,通過污染源模式識別算法、異構網絡構建技術、嵌入式數據融合技術等的研究及智能網關設備的研制,實現環境感知數據的融合、篩選、集成和標準化快速處理,并通過基于物聯網的云可視分析技術、數據驅動的環境噪聲分級評價模型、城市環境噪聲預測模型、環境傳感器優化布局模型等,準確、客觀反映目前城市環境污染狀況、特征、規律和趨勢并實現城市污染源溯源,為建設基于統一云計算平臺的環境信息管理系統提供數據支持,為城市環境管理與應急提供科學決策支持。

Abstract:For emergency of drinking water pollution ,emission of industrial wastewater, atmospheric environment of key area, urban noise monitoring requirements, such as diversification and urban environment data, the quantitative and the characteristics of multi-source heterogeneous pattern recognition algorithm by pollution source, construction of the heterogeneous network technology, embedded data fusion technology research and development of intelligent gateway device, implementation environment perception data fusion of rapid processing, filtering, integration and standardization, and through the cloud visual analysis technology based on Internet of things, data-driven hierarchical evaluation model of environmental noise, the urban environmental noise prediction model, environment model of optimal placement of the sensor, accurately and objectively reflect the current urban environment pollution status, characteristics, and trend and to realize urban pollution sources, for the construction of environmental information management system based on cloud computing platform to provide data support, provide scientific decision support for urban environmental management and emergency response.
