摘 要:中國是個鉀資源嚴重短缺的國家,而鋼鐵冶金燒結除塵灰因含鉀含量高而排放棄用,既造成資源浪費,又造成嚴重環境污染。本課題主要研究燒結電除塵灰的物理化學性質的分布規律,研究各級電除塵灰的物化性質及其對提取氯化鉀工藝的影響規律,提出燒結煙氣電除塵灰分級收集和回收利用的方案,為燒結電除塵灰的合理利用提供技術參數;研究典型鋼鐵企業燒結電除塵灰的浸取制鹵技術、鹵水除雜凈化技術、多組分溶液體系K-Na分步結晶技術,研發以燒結煙塵為原料制備KCl的工業示范裝備與技術集成,建立年處理24萬噸燒結電除灰的示范工程,達到經濟、環保、穩定運行技術水平,為解決我國鉀資源問題開辟一條新的資源途徑,并實現難處理冶金粉塵的高效循環利用。

Abstract:China is a country of potassium resources serious shortage, and iron and steel metallurgy sintering dust because of high potassium content and give up, cause resource waste, and cause serious environmental pollution. This subject mainly research the sintering of the electric dust distribution, physical and chemical properties of the electric dust ash at all levels of physical and chemical properties, its influence on the extraction of potassium chloride process, put forward the electric sintering flue gas ash level collection and recycling solution, for the rational use of sintering electric dust ash provide technical parameters; Research typical sintered iron and steel enterprise of electric dust ash leaching system halogen technology, in the brine purification technology, multicomponent solution system K - Na fractional crystallization technology, research and development in sintering dust as a raw material preparation of KCl industrial demonstration equipment and technology integration, establish processing 240000 tons of electric ash sintering demonstration project, to achieve economic, environmental protection and stable operation of the technical level, to solve the problem of potassium resources open up a new resource way, and realize the difficult of metallurgical dust and efficient recycling.
