【摘要】目的:探究在脊柱外科患者壓瘡護理中軟聚硅酮泡沫吸收敷料的應用效果。方法:隨機選擇我院2010年1月~2013年1月間收治的脊柱外科患者1500例作為對照組,隨機選擇我院2013年2月~2016年2月間收治的脊柱外科患者1500例作為實驗組。對于對照組采用傳統的護理方法進行護理,而對于實驗組采用軟聚硅酮泡米吸收敷料進行治療和防護,而后比較對照組和實驗組的治療效果、壓瘡發生率以及治療時間。結果:實驗組的發生率要遠遠低于對照組(p=0.000),而且實驗組的治療時間明顯短于對照組(p=0.027),對照組和實驗組之間的數據差異具有統計學意義(p<0.05)。結論:在脊柱外科患者壓瘡護理中軟聚硅酮泡沫吸收敷料的應用效果十分明顯,顯著提高了護理質量。

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the application effect of poly silicone foam absorbent dressing in spinal surgical nursing of patients with pressure ulcer of soft. Methods: randomly selected in our hospital from January January 2010 to treated 1500 cases of spinal surgery patients as control group, randomly selected from our hospital in February 2013 February ~2016 admitted to 1500 cases of spinal surgery patients as the experimental group. For the control group using the traditional methods of nursing care, and the experimental group with soft silicone bubble meter absorbent dressings for the treatment and prevention of, and then compared with the control group and the experimental group treatment effect, the incidence of pressure sores rate and treatment time. Results: in the experimental group the incidence is far lower than that of the control group (P = 0.000), and treatment time of the experimental group significantly shorter than that of the control group (P = 0.027), control group and experimental group between the data difference has statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion: in spine surgery patients with bedsore nursing soft poly silicone foam absorption dressing application effect is very obvious, significantly improved the quality of nursing.

在脊柱外科患者中皮牽引患者的皮牽引部位血液流動性差,而且其牽引部位長時間受壓,癱瘓的患者其活動受限而且患者自己翻身很困難,除此之外癱瘓患者的身體狀況也比較差,而柱側凸的患者手術時間非常長,上述這些脊柱外科患者的情況都容易使患者造成局部皮膚組織缺氧、表皮壞損和組織壞死,最終產生壓瘡。對于脊柱外科患者產生的壓瘡,明顯可以看出傳統護理方式效果并不好。本文主要探討軟聚硅酮泡沫吸收敷料在脊柱外科患者壓瘡護理中的應用效果。現將結果報道如下:
1 資料與方法
1.1基本資料
