全氟丙烷人血白蛋白微球在輸卵管造影中的應用

【摘要】目的：探討全氟丙烷人血白蛋白微球注射液在三維超聲輸卵管造影中的應用價值。方法：選取2015年1月至2015年8月以來在本院婦產(chǎn)科門診就診的女性不孕癥患者43例進行三維超聲輸卵管造影檢查，造影劑選擇全氟丙烷人血白蛋白微球。 結果：43例患者中，檢測輸卵管共85條，其中25例雙側通暢，12例一側輸卵管不通，6例雙側輸卵管不通。 結論：全氟丙烷人血白蛋白微球可以作為一種新型造影劑，應用于婦科輸卵管造影中，顯影效果好，安全性高，不良反應小。

【Abstract】Objectives： To investigate the application value of perfluoropropane-abumin microsphere injection in three-dimensional hysterosalpingo-contrast sonography. Methods： 43 infertile women in our hospital from Jan. 2015 to Aug. 2015 were selected， who underwent of three-dimensional hysterosalpingo-contrast sonography. Perfluoropropane-abumin microsphere injection was used as contrast medium. Results： Among the 43 cases， 25 cases had bilateral fallopian tubes unobstructed； 12 cases had unilateral fallopian tubes unobstructed； 6 cases had bilateral fallopian tubes obstruction. Conclusions： Perfluoropropane-abumin microsphere injection can be used as a new contrast medium in the three-dimensional hysterosalpingo-contrast sonography， with high quality of ultrasound imaging， high safety and low adverse reactions.

輸卵管堵塞是女性不孕癥中最常見的原因之一，文獻報道輸卵管因素占不孕患者的25%～30%，其中10%～25%為輸卵管近端堵塞[1]。因此對輸卵管通暢性的檢測在不孕癥檢查治療中都有著彌足重要的地位[2]。目前較為常用的判斷輸卵管通暢性的檢查方法分兩類：一類為有創(chuàng)檢查，例如宮腔鏡、腹腔鏡等；另一類檢查為微創(chuàng)性檢查，比如輸卵管通液、X線子宮輸卵管碘油造影、超聲子宮輸卵管造影，以及近期發(fā)展起來的子宮輸卵管磁共振造影等。超聲子宮輸卵管造影近幾年在臨床中得到廣泛應用，原因在于本技術操作簡單、方便、經(jīng)濟負擔低，對患者損傷小，身體恢復時間也較快，而且沒有放射性污染，不影響近期受孕。最初使用二維超聲作為觀察手段，造影劑也逐步從生理鹽水、1.5%雙氧水到第一代、第二代超聲造影劑。……
