復(fù)方玄駒膠囊治療Ⅲ型前列腺炎相關(guān)的性功能障礙的療效分析

【摘要】目的：探討復(fù)方玄駒膠囊對(duì)Ⅲ型前列腺炎相關(guān)的性功能障礙影響性，以期提高臨床診治水平。方法：選取2012年1月至2014年1月68例Ⅲ型前列腺炎相關(guān)性功能障礙患者為研究對(duì)象，分成兩組，對(duì)照組34例，予西醫(yī)治療，觀察組34例，加用復(fù)方玄駒膠囊治療，觀察治療后在療效、前列腺按摩液和相關(guān)指標(biāo)變化情況。結(jié)果：對(duì)照組治愈率29.41%、總有效率61.76%，觀察組治愈率50%、總有效率88.23%，兩組比較差異顯著（P<0.05）；兩組治療后在PSFI、SAS、CPSI上較治療前均顯著下降，在IIEF-5評(píng)分上顯著升高，治療前后比較差異顯著（P<0.05），觀察組治療后PSFI、SAS、CPSI、IIEF-5較對(duì)照組治療后差異更加顯著（P<0.05）；EPS卵磷脂小體分布上，治療后兩組在+++/HP顯著升高，無或稀少上明顯下降，治療前后比較差異顯著（P<0.05），觀察組治療后+++/HP、無或稀少比較差異顯著（P<0.05）；EPS白細(xì)胞分布上，治療后兩組在+++/HP顯著下降，<+/ HP上明顯升高，治療前后比較差異顯著（P<0.05），觀察組治療后+++/HP、<+/ HP比較差異顯著（P<0.05）。結(jié)論：復(fù)方玄駒膠囊治療Ⅲ型前列腺炎相關(guān)的性功能障礙療效顯著。

【Abstract】Objectives： To investigate the efficacy of compound Xuanju Capsule in treating type Ⅲ prostatitis-related sexual dysfunction in order to improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods： 68 patients with type Ⅲ prostatitis-related sexual dysfunction from January 2012 to January 2014 were divided into two groups， control group of 34 patients to receive western medicine treatment and observation group of 34 patients receiving additional compound Xuanju Capsule treatment. The efficacy， prostatic and related indicators changes after treatment was observed. Results： In the control group， the cure rate was 29.41% and total efficiency was 61.76%； the cure rate was 50% in the observation group and the total efficiency was 88.23%， with significant difference （P<0.05）. After treatment， the PSFI， SAS and CPSI were significantly decreased and IIEF-5 was increased significantly， with significant difference between before and after treatment （p <0.05）， and differences within observation group in PSFI， SAS， CPSI and IIEF-5 was more significant （P<0.05）. The EPS lecithin distribution decreased significantly in both groups after treatment， while +++/ HP significantly increased， with significantly difference （P<0.05）. Difference within the observation group after treatment in +++/ HP， no or few was significant （P<0.05）. In terms of EPS leukocyte distribution， after treatment there was significant decrease in +++/ HP， while significant increase in the <+ / HP， with significant difference （P<0.05）； in observation group， difference in +++/ HP， <+ / HP after treatment was significant （P<0.05）. Conclusions： Compound Xuanju capsule is effective in treating typeⅢ prostatitis-related sexual dysfunction.

Ⅲ型前列腺炎是前列腺中最常見的類型，占慢性前列腺炎90%左右，其病因很復(fù)雜，病理機(jī)制多樣，患者長(zhǎng)期處于骨盆區(qū)疼痛不適狀態(tài)，并伴或不伴排尿困難與性功能障礙，嚴(yán)重影響患者生活質(zhì)量。本次研究就通過觀察復(fù)方玄駒膠囊治療Ⅲ型前列腺炎相關(guān)性功能障礙療效情況，以期提高男性前列腺炎患者生活質(zhì)量。現(xiàn)總結(jié)如下。

1資料與方法

1.1臨床資料

選取2012年1月至2014年1月68例Ⅲ型前列腺炎相關(guān)性功能障礙患者為研究對(duì)象，分成兩組，對(duì)照組34例，年齡最小24歲，最大48歲，平均年齡為（37.6±2.6）歲；病程最短1年，最長(zhǎng)5年，平均病程為（3.1±1.1）年。觀察組34例，年齡最小25歲，最大50歲，平均年齡為（38.1±2.8）歲；病程最短2年，最長(zhǎng)4.5年，平均病程為（3.2±1.0）年。兩組患者在性別、年齡、病程等方面比較無明顯差異（P>0.05），具有可比性。

1.2診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

結(jié)合《泌尿外科》中慢性前列腺炎綜合征診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，符合美國(guó)國(guó)立衛(wèi)生院研究1995制定的診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)[1]。

1.3納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

年齡為20～50歲，符合以上標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，且IIEF-5評(píng)分在21分以下，伴有泌尿系統(tǒng)癥狀如排尿不適、尿頻持續(xù)6個(gè)月以上，血實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢查指標(biāo)均為陰性，彩色多普勒檢查正常，受試前2周均未進(jìn)行任何治療，均簽署知情同意書接受治療。
