濟(jì)南市女大學(xué)生性觀念、性行為及性知識(shí)調(diào)查

【摘要】目的：了解現(xiàn)階段濟(jì)南市女大學(xué)生所持有性態(tài)度、發(fā)生的性行為及所具備的性知識(shí)，為高校性教育提供依據(jù)。方法：通過(guò)自制調(diào)查表，采用匿名自填的方式對(duì)濟(jì)南市三所高校大一、大二年級(jí)女大學(xué)生進(jìn)行調(diào)查，并分析不同年級(jí)、生源地及院校間的差異。結(jié)果：有97人（23.5%）贊成婚前性行為，有246人（59.6%）反對(duì)。發(fā)生婚前性行為及與異性同居的比例分別為6.8%、5.8%。在有自慰行為的學(xué)生中69.6%有負(fù)罪感。城市生源女大學(xué)生比農(nóng)村對(duì)性相關(guān)知識(shí)掌握要好。有關(guān)性的問(wèn)題給40.7%的學(xué)生帶來(lái)困擾。學(xué)生獲取性知識(shí)的主要渠道是網(wǎng)絡(luò)和中學(xué)課程。女大學(xué)生認(rèn)為最適合的性教育方式是性教育課和講座。結(jié)論：濟(jì)南市女大學(xué)生性觀念與四川、北京等地比相對(duì)保守，性行為發(fā)生率也低于四川、廣州等地大學(xué)生。女大學(xué)生對(duì)性知識(shí)有不同程度的了解，但也存在性困惑，應(yīng)開(kāi)展針對(duì)性健康教育，培養(yǎng)其正確的性觀念，減少危害身心健康的性行為發(fā)生。

【Abstract】Objectives： To provide evidence for sex education in colleges by exploring the sexual conception， sex-related behavior and sexual health knowledge of female college students in Jinan. Methods： A total of 416 students of grade one and two in three colleges were selected and surveyed anonymously. Results： There were 97 students who were （23.5%） in favor of premarital sex， and 246 students who （59.6%） opposed premarital sex. About 69.6% of masturbation students felt guilty. The proportion of premarital sexual behavior and heterosexual cohabitation were 6.8% and 5.8% respectively. Urban students were with richer knowledge than rural students. Sexual issues brought trouble to 40.7% of the students. The main channels for students to acquire sexual knowledge were network and high school curricula. Female students believed the most suitable ways of sex education were classroom teaching and lectures. Conclusion： Sexual conception of female college students in Jinan was more conservative than that of students in Sichuan and Beijing， and the rate of sexual behavior was lower than that of students in Sichuan and Guangzhou. They had varying degrees of sexual knowledge. Some of them were confused about sexual issues. Sexual health education should be conducted to develop their correct sexual conception and reduce risky sexual behavior.

大學(xué)生處于身心急劇變化的青春后期，同時(shí)也處在人生旅程中生理最旺盛的時(shí)期[1]，大學(xué)階段也是其人生觀、價(jià)值觀形成的重要時(shí)期。性知識(shí)的缺乏、不恰當(dāng)?shù)男杂^念會(huì)導(dǎo)致不適宜的性行為及心理沖突，從而影響其身心健康及正常的學(xué)習(xí)生活。有研究顯示高校心理咨詢中心的70%來(lái)訪者是關(guān)于性及兩性關(guān)系的問(wèn)題[2]。……
