根際促生菌對景天科多肉植物雪蓮的促生作用1)

為探討不同根際促生細菌對雪蓮的促生作用,選擇阿氏芽孢桿菌(Bacillusaryabhattai)、彎曲芽孢桿菌(Bacillusflexus)、藤黃微球菌(Micrococcusluteus)以及銅綠色假單胞菌(Pseudomonasaeruginosa)4種根際促生菌,研究了其對雪蓮植株生物量、根系形態、葉綠素質量分數、內源激素質量分數的影響。結果表明接種促生菌雪蓮植株葉綠素質量分數提高14.77%~52.27%,接種B.aryabhattai雪蓮葉綠素質量分數最高。接種4種促生菌雪蓮植株玉米素、吲哚乙酸質量分數顯著高于CK,接種B.flexus雪蓮植株玉米素、吲哚乙酸質量分數最高,分別是CK的9.99、11.32倍。接種B.aryabhattai、B.flexus、M.luteus促生菌顯著提高了雪蓮根系的體積、鮮質量,根系體積分別提高了14.09%、21.82%、27.73%,鮮質量分別提高了45.83%、50.00%、41.67%。接種促生菌均促進了雪蓮的生長,接種B.aryabhattai雪蓮植株鮮質量和冠幅最高,與CK相比分別提高了38.18%、10.97%;其次為接種M.luteus,鮮質量和冠幅分別提高了24.28%、7.83%。促生菌對雪蓮具有一定的促生作用,B.aryabhattai的促生作用最為顯著,在景天科多肉植物中最具應用潛力。

The experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of four plant growth promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR), includingBacillusaryabhattai,Cellulosimicrobiumcellulans,Micrococcusluteus, andPseudomonasaeruginosa, onEcheverialaui. We tested the biomass, root morphology, chlorophyll, endogenous hormones content ofE.laui. The chlorophyll content ofE.lauiinoculated with PGPR was increased by 14.77%-52.27% than control, respectively. Chlorophyll content ofE.lauiinoculated withB.aryabhattaiwas highest. Zeatin, indoleacetic acid content ofE.lauiinoculated with PGPR was higher than control, and Zeatin, indoleacetic acid content ofE.lauiinoculated withB.flexuswas highest, 9.99 and 11.32 times than that of control, respectively. Inoculating withB.aryabhattai,B.flexusandM.luteuscould improve volume, fresh weight ofE.laui, and the volume ofE.lauiwas increased by 14.09%, 21.82% and 27.73%, fresh weight ofE.lauiwas increased by 45.83%, 50.00% and 41.67% than control, respectively. PGPR improvedE.lauigrowth, fresh weight, and the crown ofE.lauiinoculated withB.aryabhattaiwere highest compared with control, and fresh weight and crown ofE.lauiwere increased by 38.18% and 10.97%. Secondly, fresh weight and crown ofE.lauiinoculated withM.luteuswere increased by 24.28% and 7.83%, respectively. Plant growth promoting ofB.aryabhattaionE.lauiwas most significantly between four PGPR.
