地貞顆粒治療圍絕經期綜合征的臨床效果觀察

【摘要】 目的：探討地貞顆粒緩解女性圍絕經期癥狀的效果。方法：選取筆者所在醫院2013年1月-2015年1月門診圍絕經期女性患者60例，按先后順序編號，奇數號為治療組，予以地貞顆粒治療；偶數號為對照組，予以谷維素、維生素E治療，各根據藥物劑量分別服用2個療程，比較兩組療效。結果：治療組總有效率為96.67%，遠高于對照組總有效率（66.67%），差異有統計學意義（P<0.01）。結論：地貞顆粒對于改善女性圍絕經期癥狀效果明顯。

【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the effect of the Dizhen Granule on relieving the female climacteric symptoms.Method：60 patients with peri-climacteric syndrome admitted in outpatient clinic of our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015 were selected.According to the successively sequence number，the odd number as the treatment group，received Dizhen Granules treatment，even number as the control group，received Oryzanol，Vitamin E treatment，according to the drug dose they were treated for 2 courses.The curative effect was compared between the two groups.Result：The effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%，which was much higher than that of the control group（66.67%），the difference was statistically significant（P<0.01）.Conclusion：The effect of Dizhen Granules on the improvement of the peri menopausal symptoms in women is obvious.

由于生理、心理的原因，甚至社會環境的影響，使處于圍絕經期的婦女必須面對一系列來自身體或是精神上的不適感，以植物神經功能紊亂為主，這一組癥候群被定義為圍絕經期綜合征[1-3]。相較于激素治療，近年來中醫藥治療圍絕經期癥狀越來越受到人們的關注，如張國麗[4]在中醫藥治療更年期綜合癥的研究進展中提到的補腎活血類中藥。地貞顆粒以清虛熱、養肝腎、寧心神為主要功效，本研究旨在觀察其在緩解圍絕經期癥狀方面的臨床療效，以期使中醫藥在臨床領域得到更廣泛的應用，具體報道如下。

1 資料與方法

1.1 一般資料

60例女性患者均來自2013年1月-2015年1月筆者所在醫院門診，所有患者均有一定程度血管運動神經系癥狀，潮熱、多汗、腰膝酸軟，煩躁易怒、心悸、失眠多夢，口干，便秘等。年齡45～55歲；病程3個月～5年；月經紊亂或已自然停經；經婦科及輔助檢查，排除卵巢及其他組織器質性病變。按診治先后編號，奇數號為治療組（n=30），偶數號為對照組（n=30）。……
