意大利對(duì)于中國(guó)人并不陌生，一說(shuō)到意大利，“古羅馬”“地中海”“凱撒”“馬可波羅”等詞匯就會(huì)馬上映射到大多數(shù)中國(guó)人的腦海中。對(duì)距離意大利萬(wàn)里之遙的重慶人來(lái)說(shuō)，在2017年2月25日之后，“意大利”也將成為重慶這座世界最大城市對(duì)外交往歷史上的一個(gè)重要詞匯，因?yàn)樵谶@一天：意大利共和國(guó)總統(tǒng)塞爾焦·馬塔雷拉來(lái)到了山城重慶。

2月25日中午12時(shí)許，馬塔雷拉總統(tǒng)一行乘坐的專(zhuān)機(jī)緩緩滑入重慶江北國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)停機(jī)坪，飛機(jī)上插著中意兩國(guó)國(guó)旗。首次訪問(wèn)重慶的馬塔雷拉總統(tǒng)步下舷梯后，接受了重慶少年兒童敬獻(xiàn)的鮮花，并與前來(lái)迎接的重慶市副市長(zhǎng)劉桂平、市政府副秘書(shū)長(zhǎng)唐英瑜、市政府外事僑務(wù)辦主任吳康明、市政府外事僑務(wù)辦副主任唐文等一一親切握手。意方隨行人員有塞爾焦·馬塔雷拉總統(tǒng)的女兒勞拉·馬塔雷拉、意大利基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施與交通部部長(zhǎng)格拉齊諾·戴里奧等40余人。

在渝期間，馬塔雷拉總統(tǒng)一行先后前往意大利駐重慶總領(lǐng)事館、重慶市規(guī)劃展覽館和重慶市人民小學(xué)參觀。

2月25日下午，在重慶市政府副市長(zhǎng)劉桂平的陪同下，來(lái)渝訪問(wèn)的馬塔雷拉一行來(lái)到重慶市規(guī)劃展覽館，參觀了序廳、五大功能區(qū)域發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略廳、城鎮(zhèn)體系廳、主城區(qū)廳和主模型廳。參觀過(guò)程中，馬塔雷拉仔細(xì)觀看了《踐行新理念 引領(lǐng)新常態(tài) 開(kāi)拓新境界》和《美麗山水城市》兩部宣傳片，認(rèn)真聽(tīng)取了重慶經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展情況以及這座城市過(guò)去、現(xiàn)在和未來(lái)的城市規(guī)劃。他聚精會(huì)神地了解重慶在中國(guó)國(guó)家發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略中所處地位，并饒有興趣地對(duì)重慶城鎮(zhèn)體系規(guī)劃、綜合交通規(guī)劃等方面內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了了解。參觀結(jié)束后，馬塔雷拉總統(tǒng)欣然在重慶市規(guī)劃展覽館的留言簿上題詞：“這座城市的能動(dòng)性和城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程令人十分欣賞。”

在結(jié)束了規(guī)劃展覽館的參觀后，馬塔雷拉總統(tǒng)來(lái)到重慶市人民小學(xué)與這里學(xué)習(xí)意大利語(yǔ)的小學(xué)生見(jiàn)面。據(jù)了解，重慶市人民小學(xué)自2015年9月在小學(xué)生中開(kāi)展意大利語(yǔ)言文化教育，是目前全重慶市唯一開(kāi)展意大利語(yǔ)言文化教育的小學(xué)。學(xué)校專(zhuān)門(mén)為此聘請(qǐng)了一位外籍教師，目前有大約750名該校小學(xué)生接受了意大利語(yǔ)言文化的普及教育。

在重慶市人民小學(xué)，學(xué)生們用意大利語(yǔ)向前來(lái)的意大利貴賓們問(wèn)好，并用意大利語(yǔ)演唱歌曲和朗誦意大利著名兒童文學(xué)家賈尼·羅達(dá)里的詩(shī)歌。小學(xué)生們的精彩表演博得了馬塔雷拉總統(tǒng)一行的熱情掌聲。隨后，馬塔雷拉總統(tǒng)向該校學(xué)生代表，五年級(jí)二班女生鄭寒月、五年級(jí)七班男生陳羿橋贈(zèng)送了800本意大利語(yǔ)兒童讀物，并欣然收下了校方回贈(zèng)的由該校小學(xué)生創(chuàng)作的手工藝品《馬》。

在受邀為重慶市人民小學(xué)題寫(xiě)的致辭中，馬塔雷拉總統(tǒng)寫(xiě)道：“在這個(gè)值得慶祝的日子里，意大利與重慶的關(guān)系更近了一步，對(duì)貴校致力發(fā)展意大利語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)的工作及熱情我想表達(dá)最強(qiáng)烈的贊美。語(yǔ)言是不同文化的表達(dá)，對(duì)于理解對(duì)話是非凡的工具，學(xué)習(xí)語(yǔ)言也會(huì)拉近兩國(guó)人民的友誼，知識(shí)是最珍貴的事物，由此歐洲意大利和中國(guó)，延續(xù)千年的兩個(gè)文明得以交流。”

在活動(dòng)的最后，馬塔雷拉向在場(chǎng)的重慶市人民小學(xué)師生發(fā)表講話，他表示：

我非常高興能夠來(lái)到這里，感謝校長(zhǎng)、感謝老師們、感謝所有的孩子，對(duì)我來(lái)說(shuō)，看你們的表演，聽(tīng)你們講意大利的故事，讓我有特別深刻的印象，你們做得特別好。你們的學(xué)校是一所非常重要的學(xué)校，有非常悠久的歷史，我知道為你們題寫(xiě)校名的是非常著名的劉伯承元帥，你們的第一任校長(zhǎng)是卓琳女士，你們有歷史的繼承，你們是中國(guó)的未來(lái)。

我也很高興地了解到，在你們的學(xué)校有很多學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)意大利語(yǔ)，在意大利也有很多小朋友在學(xué)習(xí)中文。中國(guó)和意大利都有非常古老的文明，中國(guó)是一個(gè)非常大的國(guó)家，意大利也有非常古老的文明和歷史。我們兩個(gè)國(guó)家的友誼要依靠我們兩個(gè)國(guó)家的文化交流，意大利和中國(guó)的交流有非常深厚的基礎(chǔ)，前幾天我和習(xí)近平主席也談到了我們兩國(guó)之間的交往。你們的學(xué)習(xí)是一個(gè)重要的意大利和中國(guó)接觸的點(diǎn)，通過(guò)你們學(xué)習(xí)意大利文，我們能進(jìn)行更多的了解。我永遠(yuǎn)不會(huì)忘記今天和你們一起度過(guò)的時(shí)光。非常感謝。

25日晚間，馬塔雷拉總統(tǒng)還參加了在國(guó)泰藝術(shù)中心舉行的《意大利爵士女鋼琴家麗塔·馬克杜麗獨(dú)奏音樂(lè)會(huì)》。

另?yè)?jù)了解，馬塔雷拉總統(tǒng)在重慶訪問(wèn)期間，還見(jiàn)到了在意大利投資汽車(chē)制造的重慶鑫源控股等重慶企業(yè)的負(fù)責(zé)人。隨行的意大利基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施與交通部部長(zhǎng)格拉齊諾·戴里奧還專(zhuān)程前往重慶寸灘保稅港區(qū)參觀訪問(wèn)。

2月26日一早，馬塔雷拉總統(tǒng)乘專(zhuān)機(jī)離開(kāi)重慶前往西安，繼續(xù)他對(duì)中國(guó)的國(guó)事訪問(wèn)。

Italy is not strange to the Chinese.When it comes to Italy,“ancient Rome”,“the Mediterranean”,“Caesar”,“Marco Polo ”and other words will reflect in most Chinese people’s mind.After February 25,2017,for Chongqing people that are thousands miles away from Italy,“Italy”will become an important word in the history of foreign contact of Chongqing,the biggest city in the world.That’s because on that day,the Italian President Sergio Mattarella came to Chongqing,the mountain city.

Around 12 o’clock on February 25,the special plane,taken by President Mattarella and his party,slowly slid into the parking apron of Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport with the national flags of the two countries on the plane.This is the first time for President Mattarella to visit Chongqing.When he walked down the ramp,he accepted the f owers presented by the children and teenagers and cordially shook hands in turn with Liu Guiping,vice mayor of Chongqing,Tang Yingyu,deputy secretary general of the municipal government,W u Kangming,director of Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People’s Government,Tang Wen,deputy director of Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Off ce of Chongqing Municipal People’s Government,and etc.The entourage was consisted by more than 40 people including Laura Mattarella,the President’s daughter,Glazino Delrio,minister of Italy Infrastructure and Transportation,and etc.

During the visit in Chongqing,President Mattarella and his party visited Italian Consulate General in Chongqing,Chongqing Planning Exhibition Hall and Chongqing Renmin Primary School.

On the afternoon of February 25,accompanied by Liu Guiping,vice mayor of Chongqing Municipal Government,Sergio Mattarella,President of the Republic of Italy,and his party,paid a visit toChongqing Planning Exhibition Hall.President Mattarella mainly visited the lobby,the development strategy hall of five functional areas,urban system hall,downtown hall and master model hall.During the visit,Mattarella carefully watched two advertising videos,“Practice the New Concept,Lead the New Normal,Develop the New Realm”and“Beautiful City with Mountain and River”and listened carefully about Chongqing’s economic and social development as well as the past,present and future of the city’s planning.Besides,he learned about the status of Chongqing in China’s national development strategy and had some insight into aspects like Chongqing urban system planning,comprehensive transport planning and so on.When the visit was over,President Mattarella was pleased to write on the guest book in Chongqing Planning Exhibition Hall,“This city’s initiative and urbanization process are highly appreciated.”

After the visit to Chongqing Planning Exhibition Hall,President Mattarella came to Chongqing Renmin Primary School to meet the pupils that are learning Italian in this school.It is understood that since September 2015,Chongqing Renmin Primary School has carried out the Italian language and culture education.It is currently the only primary school that has carried out the Italian language and culture education in the whole city.A foreign teacher is hired for this purpose by school.Now there are about 750 pupils in this school who have received the universal education of Italian language and culture.

In the Chongqing Renmin Primary School,students greeted the distinguished guests from Italy in Italian,sang songs in Italian and recited the poems of Jani Rodalane,the famous Italian children’s literature writer.The wonderful performance given by the pupils got warm applause from President Mattarella and his party.Later,President Mattarella gave 800 Italian children book to student representatives,Zheng Hanyue from Grade 5 Class 2 and Cheng Yiqiao from Grade 5 Class 7.President Mattarella accepted students’ handicraft“Horse”,as a return gift given by the school with pleasure.

When President Mattarella was invited to inscribe an address for Chongqing Renmin Primary School,he wrote,

On this day of celebration,the relation between Italy and Chongqing becomes even closer.I would like to express my strongest admiration for your work and passion for the development of Italian studies.Since dif ferent culture is expressed by language,language is a remarkable tool for understanding the dialogue.Language-learning will also close the friendship between two countries.As knowledge is the most precious thing,thousands of years of two civilizations,Italy in Europe and China in Asia,are able to communication with each other.

At the end of this event,when President Mattarella made a speech to the teachers and students of Chongqing Renmin Primary School,he said,

I am very delightful to be here and would like to extend my thankfulness to the principal,teachers and all the children.As for me,your performance and stories about Italy have left me a special impression.You really did a good job.Your school is a very important school with a long history.I know that the name of your school is inscribed by the famous Marshal Liu Bocheng and the frst principal of your school is Ms.Zhuo Lin.You have the inheritance of history and you are the future of China.

I am also happy to f nd out that there are a lot of students in your school learning Italian,and many children in Italy are learning Chinese as well.China and Italy all boast an ancient civilization.China is a very big country and Italy boasts a very ancient civilization and history.The friendship between our two countries has to rely on the cultural exchange.The communication between Italy and China has a profound foundation,and just a few days before,President Xi Jinping and I talked about the communication between our two countries.Your studies of Italian connect Italy and China,through which we could make an much more communication.I will never forget the time that I spent with you today.Thank you very much.

On the evening of February 25,President Mattarella also attended the“Solo Concert of Italian Female Jazz Pianist Rita Mark Duli”in the Cathay Pacif c Arts Center.

Besides,it is understood that during President Mattarella’s visit to Chongqing,he also met the principals of Chongqing’s enterprises that have invested the manufacture of automobile in Italy,which include Chongqing Shineray Holding Company and etc.Glazino Delrio,minister of Italy Infrastructure and Transportation,made a special trip to visit the Chongqing Cuntan Free Trade Port Area.On the morning of February 26,President Mattarella left Chongqing for Xi’an by the special plane and continued his state visit to China.
