芪棱湯聯(lián)合阿替普酶靜脈溶栓對急性腦梗死患者血清炎性因子和神經(jīng)功能康復(fù)的影響

【摘要】 目的：探討芪棱湯聯(lián)合阿替普酶靜脈溶栓對急性腦梗死患者血清炎性因子和神經(jīng)功能康復(fù)的影響。方法：回顧性分析2014年10月-2016年10月本院溶栓治療的116例急性腦梗死患者臨床資料，按照治療方案不同將其分為試驗組和對照組，各58例。對照組患者給予常規(guī)治療和阿替普酶靜脈溶栓治療，試驗組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上加用了芪棱湯進行溶栓治療。采用美國國立衛(wèi)生研究院卒中量表（NIHSS）評估兩組患者溶栓前后神經(jīng)功能康復(fù)情況；采用Barthel指數(shù)評價兩組患者溶栓前后日常生活能力情況；對比分析兩組患者溶栓前后血清超敏C-反應(yīng)蛋白（hs-CRP）、腫瘤壞死因子α（TNF-α）、白介素-6（IL-6）水平。結(jié)果：溶栓后24 h，試驗組患者Barthel指數(shù)明顯高于對照組，而NIHSS評分明顯低于對照組，差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05），溶栓后7 d，試驗組患者Barthel 指數(shù)進一步高于對照組，而NIHSS評分也進一步較對照組降低，差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；溶栓后24 h、7 d，試驗組患者

hs-CRP、TNF-α及IL-6水平均明顯低于對照組，差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；試驗組基本治愈率明顯高于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05），而總有效也明顯高于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論：芪棱湯聯(lián)合阿替普酶靜脈溶栓治療能明顯改善急性腦梗死患者神經(jīng)功能缺損程度，提高患者日常生活能力及能顯著降低患者炎性因子水平。

【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the effect of Stilbene Rib Soup combined with Atenolol Enzyme on serum inflammatory factors and neural function recovery in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Method：From October 2014 to October 2016，116 acute cerebral infarction patients were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the different treatment method.The control group was given routine therapy and Atenolol Enzyme intravenous thrombolysis treatment，the experimental group on the basis of the control group was given Stilbene Rib Soup.Neural function recovery of two groups before and after thrombolysis were evaluated by the national institutes of health stroke scale（NIHSS）.Daily life ability of two groups before and after thrombolysis were evaluated by Barthel index.Serum hypersensitive C-reactive protein（hs-CRP），tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α） and interleukin-6（IL-6） of two groups before and after thrombolysis were compared.Result：The Barthel index of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group 24 h and 7 d after thrombolysis，NIHSS scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group，the differences had statistical significance（P<0.05）.Hs-CRP，TNF-α and IL-6 levels of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group 24 h and 7 d after thrombolysis，the differences had statistical significance（P<0.05）.Basic cure rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group，the difference had statistical significance（P<0.05）.The total effective of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group，the difference had statistical significance（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Stilbene Rib Soup combined Atenolol Enzyme can significantly improve the degree of nervous functional defects and daily life ability and can significantly decrease levels of serum inflammatory factors in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
