摘要:為了培養娜塔櫟富根壯苗,提高娜塔櫟移載造林成活率,采用完全隨機區組設計,以娜塔櫟1年生苗出現測苗為觀測對象,每個試驗處理觀測30株/重復,3次重復,共90株苗。觀測調查指標包括苗高和地徑。結果表明: 娜塔櫟容器育苗基質最佳配方為泥炭土∶黃心土∶鈣鎂磷肥=60∶35∶5。娜塔櫟大田育苗不同濃度GGR6對苗木進行葉面噴施處理后,其苗木根長大于5 cmⅠ級側根數、苗高生長、地徑生長均有明顯差異,宜采用100 mg/L GGR6噴施葉面,相比對照,娜塔櫟苗木根長大于5 cmⅠ級側根數增加60%以上, 苗高生長增加20%以上,地徑生長增加15%以上。

Abstract: The study was carried out to seedling strengthening experiment for Quercus nuttallii.In this trial, completely randomized block design. 1yearold seedlings of Q.nuttallii provenances were observed and investigated in 30 seedlings per replicate, with 3 replicates, 90 seedlings in total. Investigation indicators include seedling height and ground diameter. The results showed as follows: The optimum formula of matrix for container nursery of Q. nuttallii was peat soil∶yellow subsoil∶CaMgP fertilizer=60∶35∶5. After spraying GGR6 on Q. nuttallii seeding leaves in field with different concentrations, there were significant differences in number of Grade I lateral root with length larger than 5 cm, seedling height growth and ground diameter growth. The measure of spraying 100mg/L GGR6 on leaves could be taken, which could increase 60% of the number of Grade I lateral root with length larger than 5cm, 20% of seedling height growth, 15% of ground diameter growth by comparing with the control.

娜塔櫟(Quercus nuttallii)為殼斗科(Fagaceae)櫟屬,落葉大喬木;樹干通直,生長較快,適應性強,為世界公認的珍貴用材樹種[1],是中國近年來引種成功的優良樹種之一,主要用做高檔家具、裝飾、雕刻等。娜塔櫟枝葉繁茂,樹形高大,葉形奇特,秋色葉亮紅色或紅棕色,且色葉在樹上保留時間長,是良好的景觀樹種。隨著對娜塔櫟在用材與園林綠化等方面價值認識的不斷深入,人工造林已引起人們的極大興趣與關注[2]。
目前已有的娜塔櫟相關研究包括:尹建提出了娜塔櫟全年養護管理細則[2],曹基武開展了柳櫟和娜塔櫟用材林關鍵種植技術研究[3],丁震亞開展了娜塔櫟的種植技術與養護管理[4],楊振亞開展了4個引種櫟類樹種苗期抗逆性初步研究……
