重慶首個(gè)冷鏈物流保稅倉獲批 進(jìn)口肉類12天到達(dá)

7月20日，重慶西部國際涉農(nóng)物流加工區(qū)建設(shè)發(fā)展有限公司消息，位于中國西部農(nóng)產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流中心內(nèi)的重慶高新區(qū)首個(gè)冷鏈物流保稅倉已通過西永海關(guān)審批，并報(bào)重慶海關(guān)正式完成手續(xù)。這意味著進(jìn)口肉類（海鮮）將搭上全程保鮮的“直通車”，只需12天即可直抵重慶人餐桌，物流周期大幅縮減，市面上將迎來品種更豐富且價(jià)格更便宜的進(jìn)口海鮮和肉類。

金融租賃服務(wù)長江經(jīng)濟(jì)帶戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟成立我市獲320億元融資租賃額度

7月25日，市發(fā)改委消息，金融租賃服務(wù)長江經(jīng)濟(jì)帶戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟成立暨合作協(xié)議簽約儀式在上海舉行。經(jīng)積極協(xié)調(diào)，我市從中獲得320億元融資租賃支持。按照合作協(xié)議，該聯(lián)盟與11省市將本著“平等互利、優(yōu)勢互補(bǔ)、共同發(fā)展”的原則，開展全方位、高效務(wù)實(shí)的租賃業(yè)務(wù)合作，將在長江綠色生態(tài)走廊、船型標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、綜合立體交通、產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級、新型城鎮(zhèn)化等方面對相關(guān)省市給予金融租賃支持。

阿里巴巴將在兩江新區(qū)構(gòu)建外貿(mào)生態(tài)服務(wù)體系

8月7日，兩江新區(qū)首屆跨境電子商務(wù)高峰論壇消息，阿里巴巴將在兩江新區(qū)打造本地化外貿(mào)生態(tài)服務(wù)體系，以實(shí)現(xiàn)重慶“外貿(mào)3.0”的升級。將利用線上供求信息平臺、大數(shù)據(jù)支持，營造全球貿(mào)易大生態(tài)。此次阿里巴巴與兩江新區(qū)牽手，共建本地外貿(mào)生態(tài)服務(wù)體系，除了推動外貿(mào)生態(tài)服務(wù)企業(yè)與中小外貿(mào)企業(yè)在兩江新區(qū)聚集，還將進(jìn)一步降低企業(yè)外貿(mào)綜合服務(wù)成本，豐富服務(wù)類型，提高對中小外貿(mào)企業(yè)的服務(wù)效率。

市經(jīng)信委與進(jìn)出口銀行重慶分行簽署合作協(xié)議

中國進(jìn)出口銀行重慶分行已與市經(jīng)信委簽署《支持醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略合作協(xié)議》，建立支持重慶醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略合作關(guān)系。根據(jù)協(xié)議，該行將充分發(fā)揮其政策性金融機(jī)構(gòu)的引領(lǐng)和導(dǎo)向作用，創(chuàng)新金融服務(wù)模式，綜合運(yùn)用信貸、擔(dān)保、投資等一攬子綜合金融服務(wù)，為雙方合作機(jī)制項(xiàng)下所確定的企業(yè)及項(xiàng)目提供政策性金融支持。

京東在渝布局以3C為主的新型零售體驗(yàn)店

京東集團(tuán)發(fā)布零售創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略，宣布年底前將在重慶等城市開設(shè)超過300家以3C為主的零售體驗(yàn)店。此次京東布局的零售體驗(yàn)店分為兩類：一類是京東之家，主要布局一二線城市核心商圈，主營手機(jī)、數(shù)碼、電腦等3C產(chǎn)品，同時(shí)涵蓋家電、圖書等京東其他品類；另一類是京東專賣店，主要在各級城市的次商圈開設(shè)，如重慶的區(qū)縣級商圈等。每個(gè)店鋪商品都將不同，主要通過京東平臺大數(shù)據(jù)，分析當(dāng)?shù)厣倘οM(fèi)者的購物習(xí)慣和興趣喜好來安排。

8月11日，新能源汽車分時(shí)租賃平臺盼達(dá)用車攜手中信銀行在重慶舉行戰(zhàn)略合作發(fā)布會，雙方將基于對用戶真實(shí)屬性、消費(fèi)習(xí)慣、活動范圍的大數(shù)據(jù)交叉分析，在用戶資源共享上建立深度合作。作為國內(nèi)首個(gè)新能源汽車分時(shí)租賃平臺與商業(yè)銀行的合作項(xiàng)目，盼達(dá)用車與中信銀行此次將聯(lián)合推出聯(lián)名借貸合一卡、車費(fèi)分期付及支付隨機(jī)減免等。

前7月貨運(yùn)量完成6.2億噸港口集裝箱貨運(yùn)增幅大

8月17日，市經(jīng)信委消息，今年1—7月全市貨運(yùn)量累計(jì)完成6.2億噸，同比增長3.7%。其中，港口集裝箱貨運(yùn)累計(jì)完成77萬件標(biāo)箱，同比增長21.7%，最為搶眼；鐵路運(yùn)輸累計(jì)發(fā)送貨物1045萬噸、到達(dá)貨物2830萬噸，運(yùn)量大、增幅快的貨物品種主要是金屬礦、鋼材等；公路貨運(yùn)仍占全市總貨運(yùn)量“大頭”，累計(jì)完成貨運(yùn)5.1億噸，運(yùn)送貨物種類主要包括生產(chǎn)生活類物資產(chǎn)品；航空運(yùn)輸累計(jì)完成19.7萬噸，以生鮮貨物為主。

蘭渝鐵路預(yù)計(jì)10月底具備全線開通條件

8月21日，蘭渝鐵路有限責(zé)任公司消息，蘭渝鐵路靜態(tài)驗(yàn)收已全面展開，9月將完工，預(yù)計(jì)10月底具備全線開通條件。蘭渝鐵路正線全長855公里，建筑總長度1179公里，旅客列車速度目標(biāo)值160公里/小時(shí)，有條件路段預(yù)留200公里/小時(shí)。蘭渝鐵路是連接我國西北與西南最便捷快速的大能力運(yùn)輸通道，是國家“一帶一路”倡議及西部大開發(fā)、“渝新歐”大通道的重要組成部分。

On July 25, Chongqing Development and Reform Commission released that a ceremony was held in Shanghai on the founding of a strategic alliance of fi nancial leasing service of the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the signing of cooperation agreement.Chongqing, by its active efforts and coordination, obtained the supports of fi nancial leasing about 32 billion yuan. In accordance with cooperation agreement, the alliance, while upholding the principles of “equality and mutual benefit, complementary advantages and shared development”, is committed to conducting all-round, high-ef fi ciency and pragmatic leasing cooperation with 11 provinces and cities, and giving fi nancial leasing supports for relevant provinces and cities concerning green ecological corridor of the Yangtze River, ship standardization, integrated and threedimensional transportation, industrial transformation and upgrading and new-type urbanization.

JD lays out new retail experience stores featuring 3C in Chongqing

Chongqing shipment volume reached up to 620 million tons among which port container had a roaring growth

Lanzhou-Chongqing railway is projected to be put into operation at the end of October

On the date of August 21, Lanzhou-Chongqing Railway Co.,Ltd. released that static acceptance of Lanzhou-Chongqing Railway is in full swing, and projected to be completed in September and can be put into operation at the end of October. The railway has a total length of 855 kilometers with the total constructed length of 1179 kilometers. The speed of passenger train is targeted to reach 160 km/h and can reach up to 200 km/h in the good-condition section. Lanzhou-Chongqing Railway represents the most rapid and powerful transportation corridor connecting the northwest of China and the southwest of China, which is an important part of the “the Belt and Road” Initiative, the Western Development strategy and Chongqing-Sinkiang-Europe International Railway.
