基于DOPsoft和PLC的鋰電池點焊機控制系統

鋰電池點焊機采用閉環控制,實現對鋰電池的自動焊接精準控制。針對所開發的鋰電池點焊機功能要求進行分析,設計應用歐姆龍CP1H系列PLC和DOPsoft組態軟件實現鋰電池點焊機控制系統方案。確定了以RS232通道實現DOPsoft與PLC通信,通過I/O口控制伺服系統、氣動系統共同完成設計的焊接動作,同時控制點焊電源按照設計的時序和放電方式完成放電焊接。系統測試表明,點焊預壓力精度為0.2~ 0.5%F.S,PLC控制程序時間占用9 ms,設計的控制系統性能穩定。

AbstractLithium batteries welding machine use the closed loop control.It has functions for accurate control of automatic welding for lithium batteries.The functional requirements of the lithium batteries welding machine is discussed in this paper. A control system for lithium batteries welding machine was developed on the base of DOPsoft and Omron CP1H PLC.In the system,RS232 channel was used to establish the real-time communication between DOPsoft and PLC. The servo system and pneumatic system was controlled by I/O channel to Complete designed welding. The welding power was controlled to complete discharge welding according to the designed sequence and discharge mode.The performance shows that welding precompression accuracy is 0.2~ 0.5%F.S,the time of PLC control program is 9 ms,the control system is reliable.

鋰電池焊接具有焊接精度要求高、焊點強度分布均勻等特點,它實現了不同鋰電池之間的串并聯、實現電流通路的建立,是鋰電池PACK生產的關鍵工序。近年來,點焊機控制系統的開發與應用已得到較大關注,潘峰[1]等人研究的點焊機PLC控制系統中,焊接方式為單點點焊,但這種方式效率較低,比較適合生產過程中產品維修使用,并不適合批量生產。張小云[2]等人研發的伺服焊槍點焊PLC控制系統中,利用電極桿上安裝Load Cell型壓力傳感器THC-10 kV采集到的壓力信號作為反饋信號實現電極力的閉環控制,但在鋰電池焊接中電極力變化周期太短對于傳感器響應頻率要求太高,將大大提高對于傳感器的要求;馬迎兵[3]在電極壓力對熔核質量影響的研究中,研究對象是伺服焊槍的電極力單軸伺服控制系統,但并不適用于鋰電池PACK的自動焊接。……
