安徽農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)國際化辦學(xué)人才培養(yǎng)模式構(gòu)建

摘要 隨著我國對(duì)外開放進(jìn)程的不斷加快，國際交流與合作日趨頻繁，教育國際化是當(dāng)今高等教育發(fā)展的必然趨勢。本文以安徽農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)“環(huán)境科學(xué)2+2”專業(yè)為例，論述了國際化辦學(xué)的必要性，從培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)、培養(yǎng)模式、培養(yǎng)課程體系與過程以及師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)等方面探索了中外合作辦學(xué)的人才培養(yǎng)模式，并探討了中外合作項(xiàng)目辦學(xué)的實(shí)踐成效，以期為國際合作辦學(xué)的健康、可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供支撐。

Abstract With advancement of opening process，international communication and cooperation has increased significantly and education of sino-foreign cooperation is a obvious tendency in present higher education.In this paper，talents cultivation model of sino-foreign cooperation was explored from necessity of education of sino-foreign cooperation，objectives of cultivation，modes of cultivation，course systems and progress of cultivation，and construction of teaching staff by taking the program of "environment science 2+2" major for example.The practice effect of sino-foreign cooperation projectwas discussed，so as to provide a foundation and sustainable development for the education of sino-foreign cooperation.

隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化發(fā)展，教育國際化已成為當(dāng)今高等教育發(fā)展的趨勢，成為高等院校提高辦學(xué)質(zhì)量、創(chuàng)建世界一流大學(xué)和學(xué)科的重要手段。中外合作辦學(xué)項(xiàng)目正是教育國際化的具體表現(xiàn)。近年來，高等院校逐步設(shè)立國際化教育機(jī)構(gòu)或組織，開展中外合作辦學(xué)[1]。然而機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)并存，關(guān)于中外聯(lián)合辦學(xué)課程體系構(gòu)建、國外優(yōu)質(zhì)教育資源引進(jìn)、教學(xué)教育質(zhì)量管理、中外教學(xué)合作方式等問題已成為研究熱點(diǎn)[2]。

安徽農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)是農(nóng)業(yè)部、安徽省國家林業(yè)局和安徽省政府共建的高校，全國首批建設(shè)新農(nóng)村發(fā)展研究院的10所高校之一，“中西部基礎(chǔ)能力建設(shè)工程”入選高校，安徽省首批“有特色高水平”大學(xué)建設(shè)高校。學(xué)校堅(jiān)持開放辦學(xué)，大力實(shí)施國際化辦學(xué)戰(zhàn)略，茶學(xué)、生命科學(xué)、農(nóng)學(xué)等特色優(yōu)勢學(xué)科專業(yè)的國際化程度高、國內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)交流頻繁。……
