安徽農業大學國際化辦學人才培養模式構建

摘要 隨著我國對外開放進程的不斷加快，國際交流與合作日趨頻繁，教育國際化是當今高等教育發展的必然趨勢。本文以安徽農業大學“環境科學2+2”專業為例，論述了國際化辦學的必要性，從培養目標、培養模式、培養課程體系與過程以及師資隊伍建設等方面探索了中外合作辦學的人才培養模式，并探討了中外合作項目辦學的實踐成效，以期為國際合作辦學的健康、可持續發展提供支撐。

Abstract With advancement of opening process，international communication and cooperation has increased significantly and education of sino-foreign cooperation is a obvious tendency in present higher education.In this paper，talents cultivation model of sino-foreign cooperation was explored from necessity of education of sino-foreign cooperation，objectives of cultivation，modes of cultivation，course systems and progress of cultivation，and construction of teaching staff by taking the program of "environment science 2+2" major for example.The practice effect of sino-foreign cooperation projectwas discussed，so as to provide a foundation and sustainable development for the education of sino-foreign cooperation.

隨著全球經濟一體化發展，教育國際化已成為當今高等教育發展的趨勢，成為高等院校提高辦學質量、創建世界一流大學和學科的重要手段。中外合作辦學項目正是教育國際化的具體表現。近年來，高等院校逐步設立國際化教育機構或組織，開展中外合作辦學[1]。然而機遇和挑戰并存，關于中外聯合辦學課程體系構建、國外優質教育資源引進、教學教育質量管理、中外教學合作方式等問題已成為研究熱點[2]。

安徽農業大學是農業部、安徽省國家林業局和安徽省政府共建的高校，全國首批建設新農村發展研究院的10所高校之一，“中西部基礎能力建設工程”入選高校，安徽省首批“有特色高水平”大學建設高校。學校堅持開放辦學，大力實施國際化辦學戰略，茶學、生命科學、農學等特色優勢學科專業的國際化程度高、國內外學術交流頻繁。……
