嶺南針藥相須流派在治療周圍性面癱中的綜合應用

[摘要] 在長期的臨床實踐中。嶺南針藥相須流派不斷發展和創新傳統中醫理論和中醫療法。尤其對周圍性面癱的治療，形成了以針藥相須為基礎，結合大椎穴刺絡拔罐、面部閃罐、心理疏導與個人護理為一體的中醫特色治療體系。在治療過程中，該流派既注重技術上發揮針刺加穴位注射的特色與優勢，又重視相關特色療法的運用，并且針對周圍性面癱的發病特點，分期對待，個體化治療，在臨床中取得了較好的效果。本文系統總結了嶺南針藥相須流派在治療周圍性面癱中的經驗與體會，并附典型醫案一則，以共同探討。

[Abstract] In long-term clinical practice， School of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Mutual Synergizing in Lingnan is continuous developing and innovating theory of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） theory and therapy. Especially for the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis， It has formed a TCM treatment system which is based on the combination of acupuncture and medicine， combined with the acupuncture and cupping in Dazhui acupoint， facial flash tank， psychological counseling and personal care. In the course of treatment， the school not only pay attention to the advantage of acupuncture and point-injection， but also make a focus on the other particular therapies， and for the peripheral facial paralysis morbidity characteristic， staging treatment， individual therapy， it has achieved remarkable curative effect. This paper systematically summarizes the experience and experience of School of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Mutual Synergizing in Lingnan in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis， and attached a typical medical case to discuss it together.

嶺南針藥相須流派，源于明末清初嶺南中醫學者，傳承于現代中醫大家，經過廣東省中醫院（以下簡稱“我院”）歷代針灸學家系統梳理與發揮而得以確立，凝練成中醫針灸技術的精髓，是嶺南中醫流派中一顆明珠。我院李滋平教授作為針藥相須流派的第三代主要傳承人，尤其擅長針藥結合，將傳統針刺與中藥制劑的穴位注射技術相結合，在臨床實踐中將歷經數代傳播下來的寶貴針灸醫療經驗和自己在臨床上長期總結的科研和教學經驗，不斷整理和完善，并充分發揮流派特色，將嶺南針藥相須流派不斷發展與創新。在長期的臨床實踐中，李滋平教授在“針藥相須”理念的指引下，不斷開拓對周圍性面癱的?？葡到y治療，積極發揮“針藥相須”特色優勢，形成了一套特有的中醫診療體系。……
