鎮喘湯對哮喘急性發作期的臨床研究

【摘要】 目的：研究鎮喘湯治療哮喘急性發作期的臨床效果。方法：選取70例支氣管哮喘急性發作期患者，將其隨機分為觀察組和對照組，對照組給予常規西醫治療，觀察組在常規西醫治療的基礎上加用鎮喘湯，觀察比較兩組治療的臨床效果。結果：觀察組及對照組治療總有效率分別為97.1%、91.4%，差異無統計學意義（P>0.05）。兩組患者治療后各癥狀、體征積分較治療前明顯降低，且治療后兩組患者各癥狀、體征積分比較差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。兩組患者治療后肺功能相關指標（FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC、PEF）水平較治療前明顯升高，且治療后觀察組患者FEV1、FVC、PEF水平明顯高于對照組，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。結論：鎮喘湯治療哮喘急性發作期效果肯定，可有效緩解患者臨床癥狀、體征，改善肺功能，值得推廣應用。

【Abstract】 Objective：To study the clinical effect of Zhenchuan Decoction in the treatment of acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma.Method：70 cases with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma，were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group，the control group was given conventional western medicine treatment，the observation group in the conventional western medicine treatment combined with Zhenchuan Decoction，clinical treatment effect of the two groups were compared.Result：In the observation group and the control group the total effective rate of treatment were 97.1% and 91.4%，the difference was not statistically significant（P>0.05）.The symptoms scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than prior treatment，and after treatment，the difference of symptoms and signs of the two groups was statistically significant（P<0.05）.The related indexes of lung function after treatment in two groups of FEV1，FVC，FEV1/FVC，PEF level were significantly higher than those before treatment，the level of FEV1，FVC and PEF of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of Zhenchuan Decoction in the treatment of acute exacerbation of asthma curative is positive，can effectively relieve clinical symptoms and signs of patients，improve lung function，it is worthy of popularization and application.

支氣管哮喘是一種常見的呼吸系統疾病，具有鮮明的發作性、可逆性、時間節律性和季節性，患者多表現為喘息、胸悶、呼氣性呼吸困難、咳嗽等癥狀，急性期可反復發作[1-2]。西醫治療哮喘多采用激素類藥物，可暫時緩解臨床癥狀、體征，但其副作用較大，易產生依賴性和耐藥性[3]，中醫辯證治療哮喘毒副作用小，療效顯著。本文將以筆者所在醫院收治的70例哮喘急性發作期患者為研究對象，觀察采用鎮喘湯治療的臨床效果，現報道如下。

1 資料與方法

1.1 一般資料

選取2014年1月-2016年1月在筆者所在醫院收治的70例支氣管哮喘急性發作期患者，將其隨機分為觀察組和對照組，每組35例。納入標準：符合西醫及中醫證候（痰熱蘊肺證）診斷標準，病情屬急性發作期輕、中度，自愿參與本次研究，并簽署了知情同意書。排除標準：哮喘緩解期或發作期病情重度和危重的患者，合并有可引起喘息、呼吸困難等相似癥狀的其他疾病的患者；妊娠……
