自體脂肪填充額部術(shù)后是否間斷冰敷對術(shù)后效果的影響

【摘要】 目的：探析自體脂肪填充額部術(shù)后給予患者間斷冰敷處理后，其術(shù)后效果的影響變化情況。方法：選取2014年4月-2016年4月于筆者所在醫(yī)院整形科接受自體脂肪填充額部手術(shù)的60例患者，將其按隨機數(shù)字表平均分成觀察組與對照組，分別給予兩組患者不同的術(shù)后處理方案，其中，給予觀察組間斷冰敷處理，對照組患者則僅在手術(shù)即時采取一次冰敷。分別比較兩組患者的術(shù)后效果及患者滿意度情況。結(jié)果：對照組患者的整形滿意度（93.33%）、并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率（6.67%），兩項比較指標明顯優(yōu)于觀察組（73.33%、26.67%），差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論：給予自體脂肪填充額部術(shù)后患者間斷冰敷的處理措施，患者的整形滿意度明顯下降，且術(shù)后并發(fā)癥發(fā)生概率明顯高，于術(shù)后效果方面存在顯著惡性影響作用。

【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the changes of postoperative effect of patients with autologous fat filling after intermittent ice compress treatment.Method：From April 2014 to April 2016，60 patients undergoing autologous fat fill operation were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.Two groups of patients were given different postoperative treatment.The patients in the observation group were treated with intermittent ice compress，and the control group was taken ice compress only once.The postoperative effect and patient satisfaction of two groups were compared.Result：The plastic satisfaction rate（93.33%） and complication rate（6.67%） in the control group were better than those in the observation group（73.33%，26.67%），and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：After intermittent ice compress treatment of patients with autologous fat filling，the plastic satisfaction of patients is significantly decreased，and the probability of postoperative complications is significantly improved，the postoperative effect has significant adverse effect.

自體脂肪填充屬于臨床整形科的常用術(shù)式，但由于移植的脂肪顆?；蚪M織存在低存活率、高吸收率的問題，因此，具體的自體脂肪填充手術(shù)預后效果方面依舊存在較多不良影響作用[1-2]。有學者認為，給予脂肪填充患者相應(yīng)的術(shù)后冰敷操作，能夠有效降低移植脂肪細胞的代謝率，從而使得脂肪細胞在處于營養(yǎng)匱乏的惡劣環(huán)境下保有較高的存活率[3-4]。但從另一角度上說，若移植的軟組織細胞持續(xù)處于局部低溫、移植手術(shù)部位血供壓差較大的環(huán)境下，同樣不利于組織毛細血管的建立[5-6]。鑒此情況。本研究選取筆者所在醫(yī)院接受自體脂肪填充額部手術(shù)的女性患者，就自體脂肪填充額部術(shù)后是否間斷冰敷對術(shù)后效果的影響課題展開了臨床試驗分析，現(xiàn)將具體情況作如下報告?！?br>
