網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息安全研究進(jìn)展與問題探析

〔摘要〕本文首先以國(guó)內(nèi)中國(guó)知網(wǎng)文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)為樣本，對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息安全的文獻(xiàn)數(shù)量分布、研究熱點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了深入的概述和總結(jié)。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)該領(lǐng)域研究主要呈現(xiàn)5個(gè)熱點(diǎn)主題：網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境與信息安全、網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)與信息系統(tǒng)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息類別、信息管理與安全策略。然后著重討論了網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息安全在國(guó)家、企業(yè)和個(gè)人層面的主要問題。最后針對(duì)該領(lǐng)域研究的主要問題提出了相關(guān)建議。

〔Abstract〕This paper firstly took the domestic Chinese HowNet literature data as a sample，and gave an in-depth overview and summary of the distribution of literature on network information security and research hotspots.The research found that the research in this field mainly presented five hot topics：network environment and information security，network technology and information systems，network information categories，information management and security strategies.Then it focused on the topic issues of network information security at the national，corporate，and individual levels.Finally，relevant suggestions for the main issues in this field were put forward.

網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息是通過互聯(lián)網(wǎng)在網(wǎng)上傳遞、存儲(chǔ)和利用的各種數(shù)據(jù)和資料。隨著internet、信息高速公路的出現(xiàn)，網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息安全問題也隨之而來。網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息安全伴隨著信息高速公路、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)等詞語(yǔ)的產(chǎn)生和發(fā)展。全球網(wǎng)絡(luò)用戶與日俱增，根據(jù)2017年中國(guó)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息中心（CNNIC）在京發(fā)布的第39次《中國(guó)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r統(tǒng)計(jì)報(bào)告》顯示，中國(guó)網(wǎng)民規(guī)模達(dá)到731億，手機(jī)網(wǎng)民達(dá)695億。其中一些領(lǐng)域的用戶出現(xiàn)了爆發(fā)式增長(zhǎng)，如網(wǎng)上外賣用戶規(guī)模達(dá)到209億，年增長(zhǎng)率為837%。網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息安全是一個(gè)不斷發(fā)展的研究課題。

網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息安全是國(guó)家、企業(yè)和個(gè)人等信息安全的重要組成部分。從現(xiàn)有的研究來看，目前對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息安全的研究進(jìn)行了廣泛的探討，已成為各學(xué)科關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。在網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全研究趨勢(shì)方面，潘柱廷從技術(shù)領(lǐng)域、觀念和管理等方面探究了網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息安全的本質(zhì)性結(jié)構(gòu)，將網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全領(lǐng)域分成多個(gè)子領(lǐng)域來探究各子領(lǐng)域的內(nèi)在規(guī)律和關(guān)鍵人群[1]。……
