“區(qū)域分析與規(guī)劃”課程建設(shè)改革的思考

摘要： 本文在分析城鄉(xiāng)規(guī)劃專業(yè)必修課—《區(qū)域分析與規(guī)劃》的課程內(nèi)容及特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上，提出在學(xué)院現(xiàn)有狀況和定位下，怎樣通過教學(xué)方法、教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)等一系列手段提高學(xué)生的積極性、創(chuàng)新性、實(shí)踐性；圍繞教學(xué)內(nèi)容、考核體系、觀念轉(zhuǎn)變、教學(xué)手段革新等方法，探索此門課程的改革。

Abstract： Based on the analysis of the content and characteristics of the compulsory course "Regional Analysis and Planning" for urban and rural planning major， this paper puts forward how to improve students' enthusiasm， innovation and practicality through a series of means， such as teaching methods， teaching evaluation and so on， under the present situation and orientation of the college. This paper explores the reform of this course around teaching content， examination system， concept change， teaching means innovation and so on.

0 引言

區(qū)域分析與規(guī)劃此門課程是城鄉(xiāng)規(guī)劃專業(yè)的專業(yè)必修課。區(qū)域是地理學(xué)研究的出發(fā)點(diǎn)，而區(qū)域的分析及其規(guī)劃也是依賴于地理學(xué)研究的基礎(chǔ)理論，區(qū)域分析與規(guī)劃不僅需要自然地理學(xué)的相關(guān)知識(shí)做支撐，同樣也需要人文地理學(xué)做分析工具。當(dāng)然此門課程還和經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、技術(shù)革新、政策指引等相關(guān)知識(shí)有著千絲萬(wàn)縷的聯(lián)系。是城鄉(xiāng)規(guī)劃專業(yè)的基礎(chǔ)性學(xué)習(xí)課程。只有了解了我們住在一個(gè)怎樣的自然環(huán)境與人文歷史環(huán)境中，才能更好的指導(dǎo)城市規(guī)劃、鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)規(guī)劃等相關(guān)規(guī)劃。加之國(guó)家對(duì)區(qū)域統(tǒng)一體系和戰(zhàn)略的注重，此門課程對(duì)于國(guó)家及區(qū)域的科學(xué)發(fā)展有重要意義。本文基于在此課程的實(shí)際教學(xué)中，分析此課程的教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀及特點(diǎn)，并探討在新時(shí)期下的課程改革思路。

1 教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀及教學(xué)特點(diǎn)

1.1 授課內(nèi)容跨度大、課堂教學(xué)形式單一

本門課程在教學(xué)過程中對(duì)環(huán)境的分析以及技術(shù)支持分析、區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)評(píng)價(jià)與戰(zhàn)略的分析等內(nèi)容等都需要學(xué)生對(duì)國(guó)家大事、政策方針及時(shí)事熱點(diǎn)、產(chǎn)業(yè)新聞等內(nèi)容有所關(guān)注，以及具備感知周圍環(huán)境的能力。……
