凱麗：心懷中國(guó)情結(jié)的喀麥隆姑娘

一個(gè)體型豐滿、頂著一頭五顏六色的小辮子，臉上永遠(yuǎn)洋溢著笑容的外國(guó)人，遇見老師們，一會(huì)兒說“Hello！”，一會(huì)兒又用泛著“洋味兒”的安吉話說“你好”。碰到老師們做教師操，她會(huì)停下來和老師們一起做操;遇到學(xué)校的學(xué)生，孩子們都會(huì)不由自主地靠近她、擁抱她，大聲地呼喊著她的名字“Kelly！ Kelly！ Kelly！”她，就是浙江安吉天略外國(guó)語學(xué)校的女外教——?jiǎng)P麗。

來自喀麥隆的凱麗，是一個(gè)特別具有親和力和感染力的外教，她激情飛揚(yáng)的笑容總讓人如沐春風(fēng)，膽小內(nèi)向的孩子在她的熱情鼓勵(lì)下也都能開心地學(xué)說英語。當(dāng)凱麗還在喀麥隆時(shí)，她就常常為書中描寫的非凡中國(guó)人、中國(guó)文化、令人驚嘆的中國(guó)美景深深著迷。2008年，當(dāng)她的朋友們都計(jì)劃著去美國(guó)、加拿大或歐洲旅行、工作時(shí)，凱麗偶然得到了一個(gè)在中國(guó)教英語的機(jī)會(huì)，她毅然孤身一人來到了中國(guó)，并且一待就是十年，她把自己的十年青春留在了中國(guó)，并慢慢地融入這個(gè)文明古國(guó)的文化，她深愛著這個(gè)美麗的國(guó)家。

2011年夏天，凱麗來到了安吉天略外國(guó)語學(xué)校，7年間累計(jì)授課2000多課時(shí)。凱麗為更好地適應(yīng)當(dāng)?shù)氐墓ぷ骱蜕睿恢迸φJ(rèn)真地學(xué)習(xí)中文，她傳授學(xué)生“從聽到說”的“嬰兒學(xué)語理論”，自己也實(shí)踐著。她自學(xué)漢語，會(huì)用簡(jiǎn)單的中文詞匯與同事、家長(zhǎng)們交流，甚至還會(huì)說上幾句安吉當(dāng)?shù)卦挕Ｋ€考了中國(guó)的駕駛執(zhí)照，學(xué)會(huì)了使用滴滴打車和支付寶、淘寶。凱麗又是個(gè)烹飪高手，上安吉菜市場(chǎng)買菜，與店主交流多了，大家都喜歡上了這位外國(guó)顧客，每次都親切地同她打招呼。

凱麗說她有一個(gè)夢(mèng)想，希望自己以后有能力辦一所屬于自己的培訓(xùn)學(xué)校，讓更多喀麥隆孩子來中國(guó)，感受中國(guó)的文化和生活。2015年暑假，凱麗回國(guó)探親期間，積極地向自己曾經(jīng)就讀的小學(xué)建議：把漢語作為學(xué)校的一門學(xué)科，并捐出了自己在中國(guó)購買的漢語學(xué)習(xí)卡、拼音卡，還請(qǐng)了一名在喀麥隆工作的中國(guó)人在母校教授喀麥隆孩子們基本的漢語詞匯。凱麗鼓勵(lì)親戚和朋友來中國(guó)，她希望他們把中國(guó)當(dāng)成第二故鄉(xiāng)。

多莉：“洋河長(zhǎng)”莫干山下環(huán)保行

住在浙江莫干山的村民經(jīng)常可以看到，在后塢村內(nèi)的小溪里、河道邊、山塘水庫旁或是林間山道上，有一位高鼻梁、藍(lán)眼睛的女士手拿毛竹做成的鉗子彎腰撿拾垃圾，并不時(shí)地用漢語跟路邊的保潔員打招呼。這就是志愿者多莉（Tori），后塢村的“洋河長(zhǎng)”。

說起多莉，很多人可能不認(rèn)識(shí)，但她在“洋家樂”的圈子里卻是個(gè)名人，43歲的她是地地道道的英國(guó)人，卻會(huì)說一口流利的漢語，已經(jīng)在莫干山下住了7年，算是后塢村資深的“洋居民”。

多莉18歲時(shí)就對(duì)中國(guó)很感興趣。趁著工作的機(jī)會(huì)，她成為了某體育品牌在中國(guó)的代理，平時(shí)在上海工作。因?yàn)橄矚g戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)，多莉去過很多地方，但她最喜歡的還是莫干山。

就在多莉住進(jìn)莫干山不久，隨著當(dāng)?shù)氐霓r(nóng)家樂大規(guī)模興起，游客也越來越多。特別是一些戶外組織、企業(yè)公司，經(jīng)常會(huì)來這里搞活動(dòng)。

雖然每天都有農(nóng)村保潔員不辭辛勞地清掃，但多莉還是發(fā)現(xiàn)，莫干山上的塑料袋、塑料瓶等垃圾慢慢多了起來，這讓她有一種家園遭到損害的感覺。

從2010年起，每次到莫干山小住，多莉都會(huì)拎著垃圾袋四處轉(zhuǎn)悠，哪里的小溪流里有塑料袋，哪條小山路上有泡沫飯盒，她都會(huì)撿起來。慢慢地，多莉發(fā)現(xiàn)垃圾變少了，更令她驚喜的是，原來她并不是一個(gè)人“孤軍奮戰(zhàn)”。在義務(wù)撿垃圾過程中，她總能和一些紅馬甲的志愿者不期而遇，德清縣志愿服務(wù)聯(lián)合會(huì)會(huì)長(zhǎng)方明就是在那個(gè)時(shí)候認(rèn)識(shí)的。

于是，她成為了一名“洋志愿者”。游子引、愛心勸導(dǎo)、旅行莫干……只要是在莫干山的公益活動(dòng)，都會(huì)出現(xiàn)她的身影。在多莉的帶動(dòng)下，如今德清縣志愿服務(wù)聯(lián)合會(huì)已經(jīng)擁有數(shù)十位“洋志愿者”，多莉發(fā)明的撿垃圾的“神器”也大大提高了大家的工作效率——找一根竹竿，把垃圾袋串起來扛在肩上，這樣一個(gè)人就能拿很多個(gè)垃圾袋。

“河長(zhǎng)制”是中國(guó)生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的一個(gè)新實(shí)踐。莫干山鎮(zhèn)開始實(shí)行“河長(zhǎng)制”時(shí)，多莉當(dāng)起了村里的“洋河長(zhǎng)”，她經(jīng)常和當(dāng)?shù)睾娱L(zhǎng)一起巡河治水、清理垃圾。每次組織國(guó)際學(xué)校的戶外教育活動(dòng)，不管小溪里、河道旁、水庫邊還是山道上，都能看到多莉帶著不同的人群，彎腰撿拾垃圾的場(chǎng)景。她把這里當(dāng)成了自己的第二故鄉(xiāng)，為保護(hù)“家鄉(xiāng)”的綠水青山盡自己的一份綿薄之力。

司徒夫：助力打造旅游勝地

司徒夫（Christophe Peres）于1966年出生于法國(guó)南部的 Hautes Pyrenees。他可以很流利地聽說法語、英語、漢語和日語。

司徒夫是中國(guó)人民的好朋友，他因?qū)χ袊?guó)孤兒所做的貢獻(xiàn)而被很多人認(rèn)識(shí)。三聯(lián)出版社曾于2002年出版了他的游記《裸奔》，該書詳細(xì)記述了他用時(shí)6個(gè)月、行程12000公里的自行車旅行，從新疆喀什出發(fā)，經(jīng)過拉薩、昆明、廣州和上海，最終抵達(dá)北京。而這次艱苦旅行主要目的是為患有心臟病的中國(guó)孤兒募捐。

在2005年2月，司徒夫和妻子 Pauline Lee 在自駕旅行時(shí)來到莫干山。他們開著車，爬上一條鋪滿塵土的狹窄山道，來到一個(gè)小山谷，四周被心曠神怡的茶園所環(huán)抱。他們興奮極了，這就是他們一直想找的地方。

從2005年開始，司徒夫定位、設(shè)計(jì)和建設(shè)了“莫干山里法國(guó)山居（Le Passage Mohkan Shan）”，藉著他的妻子 Pauline Lee 和三個(gè)兒子的幫助及靈感。

司徒夫在國(guó)內(nèi)外建立和推廣莫干山為高端旅游目的地扮演著重要角色。他親自邀約大量國(guó)內(nèi)外知名媒體進(jìn)行推介，吸引本地和國(guó)外客商到莫干山投資，還幫助莫干山政府部門重新規(guī)劃建設(shè)了庾村老街，發(fā)展旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)。司徒夫本人于2012年率先在庾村老街開了第一家冰激凌面包店和咖啡店。

司徒夫投入大量的精力和財(cái)力研究、查找并購買了關(guān)于莫干山歷史和文化遺產(chǎn)的史料。他現(xiàn)在擁有大量記錄著莫干山歷史的珍貴舊書、地圖、繪畫、報(bào)紙。作為對(duì)莫干山的個(gè)人貢獻(xiàn)，他徹底改造了在庾村最具標(biāo)志性的建筑即莫干山車站，開設(shè)展示莫干山交通發(fā)展史的展覽。莫干山車站及其展覽開放后，成了當(dāng)?shù)刈钍軞g迎的旅游景點(diǎn)。

自2014年以來，他還幫助當(dāng)?shù)匦迯?fù)了莫干山的標(biāo)志性建筑（3000平方米）——老電影院。這座老電影院已經(jīng)被遺棄了20多年，他把這個(gè)獨(dú)特的大型場(chǎng)地改造成了一家酒吧餐廳，里面配有一個(gè)室內(nèi)游泳池，現(xiàn)在用以接待游客和舉辦大型活動(dòng)。自2017年4月起，每個(gè)周末都有音樂樂隊(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)演奏，現(xiàn)在已改名為莫干山池吧（Moganshan PoolBar），以吸引游客和當(dāng)?shù)鼐用瘛?/p>

最近，司徒夫又給莫干山引進(jìn)了 North Face 戶外品牌，計(jì)劃每年在山上舉行一次戶外比賽，預(yù)計(jì)第一年將會(huì)帶來5000名參與者。North Face TNF100 是中國(guó)第十大體育賽事，此舉將吸引更多游客來莫干山旅游觀光。

浙江湖州市外僑辦、市友協(xié)舉辦的“感受湖州魅力·講述湖州故事”之“老外在湖州”征文活動(dòng)暨湖州“友好使者”頒獎(jiǎng)儀式不久前隆重舉行，來自20多個(gè)國(guó)家的近百名中外嘉賓參加了此次盛會(huì)。6位在湖州長(zhǎng)期居住的國(guó)際友人被授予了2017年度的“友好使者”稱號(hào)。頒獎(jiǎng)儀式結(jié)束后，中外嘉賓還進(jìn)行了書法、瑜伽、舞蹈、歌唱等文藝互動(dòng)表演。

Huzhou， a central city in northern Zhejiang， held an award-issuing ceremony at the yearend of 2017 to honor winners of an essay competition held for foreigners working and living in Huzhou and to commend Goodwill Ambassadors. Over 100 guests attended the ceremony and six international friends were named Goodwill Ambassadors for 2017. The ceremony was wrapped up with a show of calligraphy， yoga， dancing and singing.

The following are brief stories of three Goodwill Ambassadors in Huzhou.

Kelly： Teacher

A dynamic and amiable woman from Cameroon teaching English at Anji Lianlue Foreign Language School， Kelly is widely loved by children at the school. She smiles a lot and wears rainbow-colored braids in an African style. Timid kids can open up themselves to her and speak English freely under her coaching.

Before she came to China， Kelly read about China and became fascinated with the oriental country. In 2008， she got an offer to teach English in China while her friends planned to travel or work in European and Northern American countries. She chose to come to China. She has been in China since then.

Kelly came to teach at the school in Anji in the summer of 2011. Since then she has taught over 2，000 hours. She has adapted well to her life and work in the rural county. She has acquired a working knowledge of Chinese and can manage to communicate in Chinese with her students， colleagues and childrens parents. She can even speak some words of the local dialect. With a drivers license， she moves around freely. And she shops at Taobao and uses Alipay on her mobile phone to make payments.

In the summer of 2015， she visited home in Cameroon and donated some teaching equipment to the primary school where she had studied as a kid and hired a Chinese to teach basic vocabulary to kids there. She hopes more Cameroon people will come to live and work in China and consider China as their home away from home.

Tori： River Governor

Tori， a 43-year-old English woman， has lived and worked at Houwu， a village at the foot of Mogan Mountain in Deqing County， for seven years. Many villagers consider Tori one of them.

In the eyes of local people， Tori keeps the mountain clean. She came to work as an agent in Shanghai for a foreign sportswear brand. She is busily engaged in outdoor sporting events and activities across the country. Mogan Mountain is her favorite destination. Shortly after she came to visit Mogan Mountain regularly， village tourism began booming and tourists flooded in. Although villagers tried hard to keep the mountain free of garbage， plastic bottles and packs kept increasing. She felt threatened by the garbage. In 2010， she began to pick up garbage while roaming in the mountain. Gradually she found garbage decreased. To her delight， she found many like-minded volunteers trying hard to clean up garbage. She joined a volunteer team in Deqing County. Nowadays， the team has dozens of foreign volunteers like Tori. Tori uses a long bamboo as a shoulder pole to carry multiple plastic garbage bags. The magic tool she “invented” has become popular.

In China， a nationwide project appoints government officials and volunteers alike to work as river governors to keep all the rivers clean. Tori is now a river governor of Houwu Village. She works with local fellow governors to keep her home away from home clean.

Christophe Peres： Entrepreneur

Christophe Peres and her wife Pauline Lee came to Mogan Mountain in February 2005. Looking out over a valley and tea plantations on the slopes， they fell in love with the view of the mountain. They decided to settle down here. With the help and inspiration from his wife and their three sons， Christophe designed and constructed Le Passage Mohkan Shan.

Since then， Christophe， fluent in Chinese， Japanese， English and French， has played a key role in promoting high-end rural tourism in Mogan Mountain at home and abroad. Christophe has literarily transformed Mogan Mountain as a tourist destination. He invited journalists from home and abroad to write about the mountain and attracted investments. It was with his assistance that an old village street in Yucun has been redeveloped as a tourist attraction. In 2012， he opened an ice cream shop and a café in the street. He did a project to refurbish the derelict bus terminal in Mogan Mountain and built it into an exhibition about how modern transport came to the region and evolved. It is now one of the most popular tourist attractions in the region.

In 2014， he helped restoring Mogan Mountain Movie House， a landmark of the region. The structure had been abandoned and stayed idle for over 20 years. Thanks to the restoration project， the space now houses a bar/restaurant and an indoor swimming pool. It is now called Moganshan Pool Bar. On weekends concerts are held to attract and entertain tourists and local visitors alike.

With the assistance of Christophe， North Face， an outdoor sportswear brand， has recently formulated plans to hold an annual outdoor sporting event in the region. It is estimated that about 5，000 people will come to compete at the event in the first year.
