中國東方航空集團公司完成公司制改制并正式更名

近日，中國東方航空集團公司如期完成公司制改制并領取新的《營業執照》，正式更名為中國東方航空集團有限公司，這標志著東航集團按照黨中央、國務院、國資委對國有企業改革作出的部署，在全面深化改革方面取得新突破，東航集團正式由全民所有制企業改制為國有獨資公司。

在國資委部署、指導、推動下，為規范建立現代企業制度，優化國有資本布局結構，完善企業體制機制，東航集團及時研究制訂集團層面的公司制改制方案。改制方案明確了改制方式、產權結構設置、債權債務處理、公司治理安排、勞動人事分配制度改革等事項，形成了新的公司章程。根據國資委《關于中國東方航空集團公司改制有關事項的批復》，改制后的中國東方航空集團有限公司由國務院國有資產監督管理委員會代表國務院履行出資人職責，公司注冊資本為人民幣168億元。

China Eastern Air Holding Company has morphed into ChinaEastern Air Holding Company Limited（CEAH）with a new businesslicense following a restructuring plan executed on schedule，in amove that marks the group’ s breakthrough in deepening the reformaccording to directives on the reform of state一owned enterprises bythe Central Committee of the Communist Party of China，the StateCouncil and the State一owned Assets Supervision and Administration（SASAC）. An enterprise owned by the whole people has now becomea company owned by the state.

The group has duly studied and formulated a group—levelrestructuring plan for the corporate system under the deployment andguidance from SASAC，in a bid to standardize the establishment ofa modern corporate system，optimize the structure of state—ownedcapital and improve the institutional mechanism of the enterprise.The restructuring plan has defined methods of restructuring，ownership structure，handling of claims and debts，corporategovernance，and reform on labor，human resources and distribution.
