近日,東航集團和阿里巴巴集團在杭州簽署戰略合作框架協議。這是雙方的新一輪戰略攜手,將共同致力于“航空+”與“互聯網+”雙向對接和融合,打造新的生態圈,推動面向未來、面向全球、面向無邊界的生活消費領域的創新發展。
根據協議,雙方將重點在會員服務、產品營銷、商旅業務、金融服務、信息技術服務、物流服務等方面開展深人合作。其中,“東方萬里行”會員體系將與天貓、淘寶平臺的88會員體系以及飛豬平臺的飛豬會員體系進行權益互享,推動會員發展;雙方將共同研究東航股份與飛豬更深人的營銷合作,以客戶為中心,提供客戶訂票后的服務、會員權益、新航線產品等增值服務和產品;雙方將通過云計算信息技術合作,共同探討互聯網化的信息系統部署、風險控制技術方案,以共創模式研究行業未來發展趨勢,在人工智能、機器學習、航線票價算法優化、智能客服等領域展開全面合作。
China Eastern(CES)has signed a strategic cooperationframework agreement with Alibaba in Hangzhou in a new roundf strategic partnership between the two parties to connect”aviation+” with” internet+” and establish a new ecosystemfor future globally—oriented innovative developments in borderlessconsumer areas.
Under the agreement,both parties will carry out in—depthcooperation in membership service,product marketing,businesstravel,financial service,IT and logistics services. The rightand interests will be shared between the “ Eastern Miles”membership system,Tmall and Taobao’s 88 membership systemsand Alitrip’s Fliggy to expand the membership base. Throughtechnological cooperation based on cloud computing,both partieswill explore internet—based IT systems layout,technology—based riskmanagement solutions,and models for probing into the industry’sfuture development trend.
