淺談公路造價預(yù)算及其相應(yīng)成本預(yù)測分析

【摘 要】為保證公路工程在競爭激烈的市場中穩(wěn)步健康發(fā)展，就必須處理好造價預(yù)算和工程安全之間的關(guān)系，做到成本可控。本文通過調(diào)研、查閱大量資料，首先對公路造價預(yù)算中所存在的問題進(jìn)行了分析，隨后結(jié)合公路工程建設(shè)經(jīng)驗，對改善公路成本預(yù)測管理的途徑進(jìn)行了總結(jié)，為我國混亂的造價工作提供一定的參考依據(jù)。

【Abstract】in order to ensure the steady and healthy development of highway engineering in the competitive market， it is necessary to deal with the relationship between the cost budget and the project safety， so that the cost can be controlled. Based on the research， and access to a lot of data， first of all the problems in the highway construction cost budget was analyzed， and then combined with the highway engineering construction experience， to the improvement of the approach are summarized in the management of highway cost prediction， working for the chaos of the cost in our country to provide certain reference basis.

0 前言

工程預(yù)算指的是在未來一段時期內(nèi)工程項目的收入，資金支出的具體安排，直觀的反映了整個工程項目的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益[1]。近年來，隨著我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷增長和科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展，極大促進(jìn)了我國公路工程的建設(shè)，公路工程項目不斷增加，投資額度也不斷加大，建設(shè)施工單位想要自身具有一定的競爭性并良好發(fā)展，就要加大重視公路造價預(yù)算及其相應(yīng)成本控制。在整個公路工程設(shè)計、施工和驗收等過程中，公路工程成本控制應(yīng)貫穿始終，然而目前的公路項目建設(shè)過程中，很多造價預(yù)算及其相應(yīng)成本控制的問題沒有被重視。因此，公路建設(shè)相關(guān)部門必須對造價預(yù)算及其相應(yīng)成本控制工作予以重視并把該工作做好。本文主要根據(jù)一些公路工程造價運算的實踐經(jīng)驗，分析現(xiàn)存的一些問題，并對如何做好公路工程造價預(yù)算及其相應(yīng)成本控制工作，提出了一些有效意見及措施。
