摘 要 目的:優(yōu)化電子化藥品物流系統(tǒng)(ePS)工作流程,提高門診藥房工作效率。方法:分析我院門診藥房在使用ePS理貨系統(tǒng)過程中存在的主要問題,提出相關(guān)改進(jìn)措施并實(shí)踐,通過評價優(yōu)化前后6個月的相關(guān)工作指標(biāo)總結(jié)成效。結(jié)果:針對ePS理貨系統(tǒng)在使用過程中存在的理貨操作重復(fù)、盤點(diǎn)數(shù)據(jù)計算煩瑣、藥品效期管理方法效率低、藥品“批/效”追蹤有誤差等主要問題,我院門診藥房進(jìn)行了包括優(yōu)化藥品理貨流程、更改藥品追蹤流程、增加近效期藥品提醒功能等系列改進(jìn)措施。系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化改進(jìn)后,縮短了發(fā)藥機(jī)補(bǔ)藥時間(26.32 s vs. 7.78 s,平均提高了3.38倍)和藥品盤點(diǎn)時間[(165.50±5.75) s vs. (146.70±4.54) s,平均縮短了11.36%],實(shí)現(xiàn)了藥品“批/效”等信息的精準(zhǔn)追溯,提高了藥品管理水平[藥品效期管理時間(58.00±1.88) s vs. (18.00±1.23) s,平均縮短了68.97%]。結(jié)論:我院對 ePS理貨系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化后,提高了藥師的工作效率,保證了藥品“批/效”追溯準(zhǔn)確性。

ABSTRACT OBJECTIVE: To optimize the workflow of electronic pharmaceutical system (ePS), and improve the work efficiency of outpatient pharmacy. METHODS: The problems about the application of ePS on tollying in outpatient pharmacy of our hospital were analyzed. The improvement measures were put forward and implemented. The effectiveness was summarized by evaluating relevant work indicators 6 months before and after optimization. RESULTS: Referring to main problems during the application of ePS on tollying as repetition of tallying drugs, complexity of stocking checking, low efficiency in the management of drug expiry date, deviation in the tracking of “batch/expiry”, a series of measures were carried out in outpatient pharmacy of our hospital, including optimizing tallying process, updating tracking process, adding the function of alerting the near-expiry drug, etc. The system optimization shortened the time of replenishment (26.32 s vs. 7.78 s, improving by 3.38 times) and stock checking [(165.50±5.75) s vs. (146.70±4.54) s, shortening by 11.36%], realized accurate tracing of drug information “batch/expiry” and improved drug management [(58.00±1.88) s vs. (18.00±1.23) s, shortening by 68.97%]. CONCLUSIONS: The optimization of ePS on tallying in our hospital improves work efficiency of pharmacists and guarantees the accuracy of tracing drug “batch/expiry”.

電子化藥品物流系統(tǒng)(Electronic pharmaceutical system,ePS)是基于電子化管理和條碼掃描等現(xiàn)代化技術(shù)建立的藥品物流管理系統(tǒng)[1],通過互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、掌上電腦(Personal digital assistant,PDA)、無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)和二維條碼等自動化應(yīng)用設(shè)備,全程對藥品的采購、運(yùn)輸、驗(yàn)收、存儲、入庫和出庫進(jìn)行科學(xué)管理[2]。我院于2014年與格銀集團(tuán)合作開發(fā)了一套適合醫(yī)院應(yīng)用的ePS[3],通過實(shí)施ePS供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)、ePS移動藥房和ePS理貨系統(tǒng)(以下簡稱理貨系統(tǒng))對院內(nèi)藥品的流通實(shí)行了全程監(jiān)控:其中,ePS供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)完成醫(yī)院采購、供應(yīng)商送貨與醫(yī)院驗(yàn)收入庫工作;……
