摘 要:針對教學中擦黑板存在衛生差、效率低、擦除不易和粉筆灰四處飄散的問題,本文對普通黑板進行改造和設計,利用逆向化的設計思想,將普通平面黑板設計為封閉的腔體結構,且把整塊單書寫面變成若干均勻的雙書寫面分塊,并在內腔安裝電機、擦除裝置和控制裝置等,利用旋轉特性實現分塊的內外面交替,使普通的人工外面擦除變為內部電動擦除,較好地控制了粉筆灰的飄散,并實現了自動化教學。

Design of Automatic Internal Erasure Blackboard

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of poor hygiene, low efficiency, low erasure and dispersing of chalk ash in the teaching, this paper redesigned and designed the ordinary blackboard, and used the reverse design idea to design the ordinary plane blackboard as a closed cavity structure and turned the whole piece of writing surface into a number of uniform double writing surfaces. In the inner cavity, the motor, erasure device and control device were installed in the inner cavity. The inner and outer surface of the block was alternately realized by the rotation characteristic, and the ordinary artificial erasure was changed into the internal electric erasure, and the dispersion of the chalk ash was controlled well, and the automatic teaching was realized.

現在的教用黑板依然多為粉筆書寫黑板,因為其具有書寫靈活性好、成本低、易操作等特點,因此被長期應用于教學中。普通黑板的擦除方式為手臂擺動擦除,擦除過程中,不但勞動強大,而且容易有擦痕,不利于再次書寫后的觀看,還會伴隨有大量粉筆灰,影響周圍環境衛生和人員健康。目前,電子黑板雖有教學新穎、干凈衛生的優點,但由于其存在書寫靈活性差、成本高、不易操作、受光照強度影響大等缺陷,所以并不能取代普通黑板。而自動化內部擦除黑板則是將普通的整塊單書寫面黑板改變成若干均勻的雙書寫面分塊,且字跡擦除動作在內部執行,這樣的設計能較好地解決上述問題。
1 自動化內部擦除黑板工作原理
