水利工程堤防防滲施工技術探究

摘 要：滲漏問題是水利工程建設中較為常見的問題之一，其嚴重影響水利工程質量。而堤防防滲技術可以有效解決這一問題，因此需要加強對堤防防滲施工技術的研究。本文根據水利堤防工程防滲的施工情況，分析堤防防滲施工技術，并提出相應技術措施。

Analysis on Environment Problem of Ecological Engineering in

Water Conservancy Engineering Construction

Abstract： Leakage is one of the more common problems in water conservancy construction， which seriously affects the quality of water conservancy projects. Levee seepage control technology can solve this problem effectively. Therefore， it is necessary to strengthen the research on construction technology of levee seepage prevention. According to the construction condition of seepage prevention for water conservancy levee project， this paper analyzed the construction technology of levee seepage prevention， and put forward corresponding technical measures.

在水利工程施工中，堤防防滲技術可以在一定程度上抵御洪澇災害，因此加強對水利工程堤防防滲施工技術的研究尤為重要。

1 堤防防滲在水利工程中的作用

在水利工程建設中，堤防是常見的擋水建筑物，其主要建在河道、渠道、江河旁邊，是被經常使用的防洪工程。修建堤防的目的是預防和抵制洪水災害，從而在一定程度上控制泛濫成災，保證人們的人身財產安全，保證附近工農業生產的正常有效開展。此外，在水利工程建設中，堤防也能約束洪水：首先，其可以阻止洪水從通行道內出來，從根本上提高了行洪的水深和流速，從而使得洪排沙更順暢；其二，還可以利用堤防進行圍墾造田，這樣不僅有效的改善了農業生產條件，同時還增加了農田的數量[1]。

2 水利工程堤防防滲施工技術的不足

近幾年，我國水利工程堤防防滲施工引進了很多新技術，而且也運用到了實踐中。但是，水利工程防滲技術仍存在諸多不足，使得防滲技術不能充分發揮其效果，阻礙了水利工程的進一步發展。……
