摘 要:古漢山礦16采區原始瓦斯含量高、壓力大且透氣性差,穿層鉆孔抽采效果不佳,迫切需要一種行之有效的增透抽采技術。本文結合礦井在瓦斯抽采方面存在的問題,就高壓水力沖孔造穴增透技術在1604底抽巷的應用展開分析,以促進抽采效果的提高。

Abstract: The original Guhannshan mine 16 mining area of high gas content and high pressure and poor ventilation, borehole drainage effect is poor, there is an urgent need for a effective antireflection extraction technology. Combined with the problems existing in mine gas drainage, this paper analyzed the application of high pressure hydraulic punching hole production technology in the 16041 working face, so as to improve the effect of drainage.

古漢山礦為煤與瓦斯突出礦井,瓦斯地質條件復雜。近年來,隨著采掘活動向下延深,瓦斯含量、壓力逐漸提高,瓦斯治理壓力增大[1]。同時,為緩解接替緊張,縮短抽采時間,也急需進一步提高瓦斯抽采效果。因此,探索一種對瓦斯含量高、壓力大、透氣性差的突出煤層行之有效的卸壓增透抽采措施,對礦井具有重要意義。本文基于以上情況,對高壓水力沖孔造穴增透技術在1604底抽巷的應用情況進行分析。
1 礦井概況
古漢山井田位于焦作市東北,隸屬修武縣管轄,距焦作市25km;井田范圍西部以21勘探線為界與九里山礦相鄰,東部以赤莊斷層為界,北以二1煤層底板-300m等高線為界與白莊、吳村煤礦相鄰,南至油坊蔣村斷層和二1煤層底板-1 000m等高線,走向長11km,傾斜寬2.3km,面積25.63km2。礦井設計能力為1.20Mt/a,核定能力為1.40Mt/a。16采區瓦斯含量22~28.88m3/t,主采煤層為山西組二l煤,煤層厚度分布穩定1.88~7.57m,平均煤厚為5.0m,煤層傾角10°~17°,煤層硬度f為0.1~1.2;煤層無自燃傾向和煤塵爆炸危險。
二1煤層底部0.5~2.0m為一松軟煤帶,呈鱗片狀、粒狀和粉狀,為難以抽采煤層;中上部為塊煤帶,屬于可以抽采煤層,但在礦井西部16采區,頂板下0.5~1.0m處也有厚0.3m左右松軟煤層?!?br>
