摘 要:現階段解決長大下坡中貨車事故頻發的方法多為車輛結構層面和道路輔助設施層面,為了從根本上解決長大下坡的道路問題,現提出一種建設于存在高度差的兩道路間的大型機械——貨車電梯。其有轎廂和軌道以及齒輪總成和終端,軌道形似400米跑道,由上行和下行的貨車重量決定電機主動耗電轉動還是作為阻尼器被動蓄能轉動,以節省能源。

Abstract: The present stage to solve the downhill method in frequent truck accident for the vehicle structure level and road ancillary facilities in order to solve the problem of road level, downhill fundamentally, large mechanical - electric truck ladder two road now presents a construction in the height difference between. 1 研究背景
近年來,中國高速公路蓬勃發展,全國高速路里程數穩居世界首位。高速公路的建設極大地方便了全國的貨運和人員往來,打破了一些地理條件限制。在非平原地區,高速公路往往具有一定坡度,當高度差較大、里程較長時,便形成了“長大下坡”。“長大下坡里程可達數十千米,若高度差較大,就易造成車輛尤其是載貨貨車由于持續剎車而使制動器溫升過大,制動失效,從而引發事故。現階段,針對該問題的解決辦法主要有兩個:一是汽車層面,眾多汽車企業研發新型的和更有效的制動形式,如進排氣制動和液力緩速器制動;二是道路層面,如采取設置緊急避險車道、分段下坡等方法。但是,這些方法都更傾向于小型車。當貨車超載或者司機由于疲勞駕駛等個人原因操作不慎時,便可能導致重大事故。因此,設計一種貨車運輸機械尤為重要,本文以貨車電梯為例進行分析。……
