木醋液綜合利用研究進展

摘 要：隨著社會的快速發展，環境及資源問題日趨嚴重，清潔環保資源的開發利用越來越得到人們的關注。木醋液是經生物化學高新技術提取獲得的天然植物素材，具有質量佳、無污染、無殘留等優點，可以被廣泛地應用在農林業，畜牧業等領域。本文綜述了木醋液的國內外最新研究進展。

Research Progress on Comprehensive Utilization of Wood Vinegar

Abstract： With the rapid development of society， the environment and resource problems have become increasingly serious. The development and utilization of clean and environment-friendly resources have drawn more and more attention. Wood vinegar is biodegradable natural plant material obtained by high-tech biochemical， with good quality， no pollution， no residue， etc.， can be widely used in agriculture， forestry， animal husbandry and other fields. In this paper， the latest research progress on wood vinegar at home and abroad was reviewed.

農林廢棄物等生物質的綜合利用是我國經濟發展的趨勢，其中生物質的熱解是其資源化利用的主要手段之一，木醋液是生物質經熱解得到的一種酸性紅棕色混合物。木醋液的來源分布廣泛，易得，成本低，樹干、樹枝、果核、果殼、玉米芯、木屑等農林業加工廢棄物均可用來提取木醋液，且不同種類木醋液的成分有差別，以酸類及酚類為主，還含有量較少、種類復雜的酮類、酯類、醛類和醇類等化合物[1-4]。木醋液具有廣闊的應用前景，經簡單加工的木醋液可以改良堿性土壤，且可作為植物葉面肥、飼料添加劑和殺菌除臭驅蟲劑等，精加工的木醋液也可用作食品添加劑、化妝品添加劑等[5-7]。本文主要介紹了木醋液的精制工藝以及應用領域，為今后的研究奠定一定的理論基礎。

1 木醋液的處理

木醋液主要是秸稈、樹枝和果實等農林廢棄物經熱解過程產生的酸性冷卻液體，直接得到的粗木醋液表面漂浮有木焦油，還含有易氧化、易聚合、易變色的化學成分及苯酚、甲醛等有毒成分，需要精制后才能利用。……
