摘 要:為了解決污水中的懸浮物在涵管出口結殼堵塞涵管出水口的問題,運用過濾網帶與自動控制技術,設計制作了一個由蓄水池、格柵池、控制與執行機構、格柵機等組成的煙草污水懸浮物分離系統。該系統運用蓄水池蓄水抬高水位,增大蓄水池與格柵池的水位落差,運用控制與執行機構把污水順利導入格柵機網帶,運用網帶式格柵機,把需要收集的懸浮物從污水中完全分離出來。應用結果表明,該系統結構簡單,制作成本低,運行能耗低,運行穩定可靠,維護方便,很好地解決了污水中的懸浮物堵塞涵管出水口的問題,非常適合煙草工業企業處理污水的需要,應用前景廣闊。

Application of a Sewerage Separation System in Sewage Treatment

Abstract: In order to solve the culvert outlet plug in culvert outlet crusts of suspended substances in the sewage problem, using filter technology and automatic control, design a reservoir, grid pool, control and execution mechanism, grid machine composed of effluent suspended solids separation system of tobacco. The system uses the reservoir to store water to raise the water level and increase the water level difference between the reservoir and the grate pool. With the control and executing agency, the sewage is smoothly introduced into the grid mesh belt, and the suspended solids collected from the sewage are completely separated by the mesh belt grille machine. The application results show that the system has the advantages of simple structure, low production cost, low energy consumption, stable and reliable operation, convenient maintenance, a good solution to the suspended substances in the sewage culvert outlet plug, very suitable for tobacco wastewater treatment industry, broad application prospect.

1 研究背景
在煙草工業企業,清洗煙梗時,會產生含有煙沫、碎煙梗等懸浮物的污水,這些污水需要經過污水處理站進行達標排放處理。在生產過程中,產生的污水量不大,污水在涵管中流動緩慢,污水中的懸浮物易在流進污水池的涵管出水口集聚結殼,堵塞污水出口,通常由人工打撈這些結殼的懸浮物,不僅浪費人力物力,還易造成下道處理工序的潛水泵堵塞[1-3]。
在煙草工業企業,污水處理站通常采用回轉式格柵機撈取污水中的懸浮物。該系列格柵機通過自身的耙齒把污水中的懸浮物撈出。該類格柵機耙齒的長度與間距一定,小顆粒漂浮物能夠自由通過耙齒間隙,隨污水流進入下道污水處理工序,這種分離方式,增大了下道污水處理工序的壓力。……
