對Excel中VBA程序設計的研究

摘 要：Excel是Office辦公軟件中的重要內容，而VBA則是Office應用程序中的自動化語言。在實際的應用中，如果僅僅采用Excel的菜單命令，則很容易導致軟件中多個功能的無效。因此，本文將以Excel中的VBA程序設計研究為主要內容，通過對Excel VBA編程數據處理的應用優點進行分析，給出Excel VBA數據輸入和相關的文件管理方法，以供參考。

Research on VBA Program Design in Excel

Abstract：Excel is a more important part of office software，and VBA is the automation language in office application. In the actual application process，if only the menu command of Excel is used，it is easy to cause many functions in the software to lose effect and can not be effectively applied. Therefore，this article will take the VBA program design research in EXCEL as the main content of the article，through the analysis of the advantages of the application of Excel VBA programming data processing，and give the Excel VBA data input and related file management methods for reference.

0 引 言

Excel一經出現就受到了人們的廣泛關注，成為應用地最為廣泛的為電子表格軟件，它不僅具有計算功能，而且具有數據管理功能。在人們的生活和工作中發揮了重要作用。從用戶目前對Excel使用的情況來看，他們僅僅借助于軟件的命令菜單或是相應的函數展開財政管理工作，軟件的很多功能沒有得到充分地應用。本文旨在促進Excel軟件和VBA表層語言結合的基礎上，有效實現VBA高級編程程序，為Excel提供新的應用功能，并減少其操作工作量，提高工作效率。

1 Excel VBA編程數據處理的優點

在應用Excel 2003軟件的過程中，“宏”是其中的一個功能，它能夠更好地幫助人們展開數據處理過程。它在Excel中主要是對VBA語句進行執行，能夠促進語句和函數進行組合，形成相對獨立的命令，從而有效實現自動化執行任務的目的。主要具有以下幾個應用優點：
