智能小區(qū)建設中物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術應用的基本思路分析

摘 要：社會信息化建設的發(fā)展，有助于改進社會生活方式與管理方式。在智能小區(qū)建設中，積極地采用物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術能夠優(yōu)化居住環(huán)境，提高居住小區(qū)人們的生活質量。本文圍繞智能小區(qū)建設中物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術應用的展開了積極論述，重點對居住小區(qū)智能化管理和智能小區(qū)建設中涉及的物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術及其應用進行深入地剖析，旨在提高新型智能小區(qū)的管理水平。

Abstract：The development of social information construction helps to improve the social life style and management mode. In the construction of intelligent community，active use of Internet of things technology can optimize living environment and improve people's quality of life in residential areas. This paper focuses on the application of the Internet of things in the construction of intelligent community. It focuses on the in-depth analysis of the technology and its application of the Internet of things in the intelligent management of residential community and the construction of intelligent community，aiming at improving the management level of the new intelligent community.

0 引 言

物聯(lián)網(wǎng)簡單來說就是物物相連的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)，是新一代信息技術的重要組成部分。在物聯(lián)網(wǎng)中，其核心仍然是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)，本質上是在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)基礎上進行的一種擴展和延伸的網(wǎng)絡。智能小區(qū)建設中，積極應用物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術能夠將小區(qū)中的眾多物品與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)進行連接，對小區(qū)進行智能化的準確識別和精準定位，并對其進行跟蹤，進而實現(xiàn)智能化的管理。通過物聯(lián)網(wǎng)，可以有效地實現(xiàn)物與物之間和人與物之間的信息交互。在小區(qū)中，物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術的應用能夠為小區(qū)的物業(yè)服務帶來積極的作用。

1 居住小區(qū)的智能化管理

在小區(qū)中，由于住戶的消費標準不一致，所以消費水平必然不一樣。鑒于此，在智能化小區(qū)的建設過程中，可以對小區(qū)進行分類，比如可以綜合經(jīng)濟、技術含量以及功能要求等因素，把小區(qū)分成三個級別，最高級為三星級別，次之為二星級，最普及型的為一星級。雖然這三種類型的小區(qū)在類型上存在差異，但是這些小區(qū)中的系列智能化管理系統(tǒng)都具有各自統(tǒng)一的標準。……
