淺談公路施工現(xiàn)場中機械設(shè)備管理存在的問題與對策

摘 要：隨著時代的發(fā)展與進步，公路工程施工單位同其他行業(yè)一樣面臨著激烈的競爭，只有不斷提升自身的綜合實力和管理水平才能在競爭中立于不敗之地。做好公路施工現(xiàn)場的機械設(shè)備管理，保證設(shè)備的安全運行，是公路工程施工管理工作的重要環(huán)節(jié)，筆者從公路施工現(xiàn)場的機械設(shè)備管理的重要性入手，分析存在的問題，并給出解決方案。

Abstract：With the development and progress of the times， the highway engineering construction units as well as other industries faced with fierce competition， only by constantly improving its comprehensive strength and management level can be in an impregnable position in the competition. Do a good job in the machinery of highway construction site management， ensure the safe operation is an important part of the highway engineering construction management work， the author from the machinery of highway construction site management， the importance of analysis of existing problems， and solutions are presented.

隨著公路建設(shè)行業(yè)的大力發(fā)展，機械設(shè)備在公路工程建設(shè)中的作用逐步加大。它作為施工過程中最重要的工具，可以充分保證工程施工進度和工程質(zhì)量。做好施工現(xiàn)場機械設(shè)備的管理工作，不僅可以創(chuàng)造經(jīng)濟效益，還會提升單位形象。所以，加大機械設(shè)備的管理力度，對于施工單位具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。

1 公路工程施工機械設(shè)備的種類

公路工程施工過程中需要的機械設(shè)備類型很多，簡單可以分為兩大類，一種是路基施工中用到比較常見的有挖掘機、推土機、裝載機、平地機、壓路機和運輸車輛；還有一種是路面施工中常用的水泥穩(wěn)定土拌合樓，瀝青拌合樓，攤鋪機等。

2 機械設(shè)備管理的意義和特點

2.1 機械設(shè)備管理的意義

機械設(shè)備是生產(chǎn)的工具，機械化施工在公路建設(shè)中的作用越來越大。因此，加強機械設(shè)備管理，使設(shè)備經(jīng)常處于良好狀態(tài)，提高它的完好率和利用率，對于加快施工進度，保證工程質(zhì)量，提高經(jīng)濟效益具有重要意義。……
