辣根噴施天達(dá)2116葉面肥的應(yīng)用效果

摘 要： 為研究噴施天達(dá)2116葉面肥對辣根的應(yīng)用效果，在辣根生長的不同階段，噴施不同類型的天達(dá)2116葉面肥，比較天達(dá)2116葉面肥對辣根地下部形態(tài)特征、產(chǎn)量和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的影響，結(jié)果表明，噴施不同類型的天達(dá)2116葉面肥對辣根地下部形態(tài)指標(biāo)、產(chǎn)量和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益均有一定影響，其中壯苗靈+葉菜型+根莖型對辣根的最大根粗、分枝數(shù)和平均根質(zhì)量影響最大，分別比對照增加15.74%、14.61%和36.53%。天達(dá)2116壯苗靈+葉菜型+根莖型葉面肥的辣根產(chǎn)量和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益分別達(dá)到18 166.05 kg·hm-2和30 048 元·hm-2，比對照分別增加36.53%和91.51%。由此可見，天達(dá)2116壯苗靈+葉菜型+根莖型葉面肥組合處理應(yīng)用效果最好，可有效改善辣根的地下部形態(tài)特征，提高產(chǎn)量和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。

Effect of Tianda2116 foliar fertilizer on horseradish

Abstract：In order to study the effects of Tianda2116 foliar fertilizer on horseradish， different types of Tianda2116 foliar fertilizer were used at different development period of horseradish， the morphological indexes， yield and economic benefits of horseradish were determined after treatments. The results showed that the morphological indexes， yield and economic benefits of horseradish were affected by Tianda2116 foliar fertilizer. The strong seedling + leaf vegetables + rhizome type combination of Tianda2116 foliar fertilizer treatment exhibited the most influence on the biggest root diameter， branch number and average root weight of horseradish， which increased by 15.74%， 14.61% and 36.53% respectively when compared with control， and the yield and economic benefits of horseradish respectively reached 18 166.05 kg·hm-2 and 30 048 yuan·hm-2， which increased by 36.53% and 91.51% respectively when compared with control. In conclusion， the strong seedling + leaf vegetables + rhizome type combination of Tianda2116 foliar fertilizer had the best effect and effectively improved the morphological indexes value， yield and economic benefits of horseradish.

辣根又叫馬蘿卜、西洋山菜等，是十字花科辣根屬的多年生草本植物[1-2]。原產(chǎn)于歐洲東部和土耳其，主要食用其地下肉質(zhì)根，因其根內(nèi)含有強烈揮發(fā)性的油質(zhì)黑芥甙（烯丙基（硫）氰酸），而有特殊的辛辣味[3]，具有增進(jìn)食欲、刺激腸胃蠕動、利尿、興奮神經(jīng)之功效[4]，在國外用作食生魚片的必需調(diào)味品。用辣根加工成的辣根片、辣根粉、保鮮辣根等保健食品，暢銷國際市場，出口到日本、韓國、東南亞各國，是重要的出口創(chuàng)匯蔬菜[5]。山東地區(qū)辣根栽培面積較大，年栽培面積在200 hm2左右，但在辣根的栽培過程中還存在很多問題，如管理粗放、追肥困難、產(chǎn)量低、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益差等，從而制約了辣根產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。……
