團(tuán)隊(duì)技能訓(xùn)練結(jié)合穴位拍打?qū)Πd狂癥患者康復(fù)效果的研究

[摘要] 目的 探討團(tuán)隊(duì)技能訓(xùn)練結(jié)合穴位拍打模式在基層精神病?？漆t(yī)院癲狂癥患者中推廣應(yīng)用效果。 方法 2015年6月～2016年6月在二甲精神病?？漆t(yī)院采用團(tuán)隊(duì)技能訓(xùn)練結(jié)合穴位拍打模式，對35例癲狂癥患者進(jìn)行為期5周的生活技能訓(xùn)練，應(yīng)用生活技能訓(xùn)練（SST）評價(jià)量表、住院精神病患者日常生活能力評定量表（ADLPI）及社會(huì)功能缺陷篩選表（SDSS）進(jìn)行評定。 結(jié)果 訓(xùn)練前、后患者ADLPI、SDSS及SST評分進(jìn)行比較，差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。 結(jié)論 在藥物治療的基礎(chǔ)上開展團(tuán)隊(duì)技能訓(xùn)練結(jié)合穴位拍打的訓(xùn)練模式能有效地改善癲狂癥患者的生活技能，延緩衰退，促進(jìn)患者的康復(fù)。團(tuán)隊(duì)技能訓(xùn)練結(jié)合穴位拍打的康復(fù)模式具有技術(shù)路線簡潔、患者容易接受、費(fèi)用低等特點(diǎn)，適合在基層精神病專科醫(yī)院推廣應(yīng)用。

Study on the rehabilitation effect of team skill training combined with acupoint tapping in the patients with epilepsy

[Abstract] Objective To explore the promotion and application effect of team skill training combined with acupoint tapping model in the patients with epilepsy in primary psychiatric hospitals. Methods From June 2015 to June 2016， team skill training combined with acupoint tapping model was used in psychiatric hospitals with tier two and level B. 35 patients with epilepsy were given five-week life skill training. The life skill training（SST） evaluation scale， the inpatient mentally disabled person's daily life ability rating scale（ADLPI） and social function defect screening table（SDSS）were used for evaluation. Results The ADLPI， SDSS and SST scores of the patients before and after training were compared， and the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion The team skill training combined with acupoint tapping model on the basis of drug therapy can effectively improve the life skills of patients with epilepsy， delay the atrophy，and promote the recovery of patients. The team skill training combined with acupoint tapping model has the advantages of simple technical route， easy acceptance by patients，low cost，etc.， which is suitable for promotion and application in primary psychiatric hospitals.

精神分裂癥屬于癲狂癥范疇，是嚴(yán)重危害人類健康的最常見的重性精神疾病之一。精神分裂癥的認(rèn)知缺陷嚴(yán)重?fù)p害患者的心理社會(huì)功能，包括日常生活技能、家庭交往、人際和職業(yè)能力、工作學(xué)習(xí)和健康狀況、自我照料等方面?！端貑枴ど鷼馔ㄌ煺摗氛f：“陰不勝其陽，則脈流薄疾，并乃狂?！蓖飧辛皻?，內(nèi)傷七情，皆可引起人體陰陽失調(diào)，產(chǎn)生癲狂[1]。癲狂癥是一種以心理障礙、精神障礙為主要表現(xiàn)，以恐懼、疑慮、愁悴、緊張，惶惶不可終日為主的臨床常見病癥[2]。癲狂癥作為一種慢性疾病，具有治療時(shí)間長、易復(fù)發(fā)的特點(diǎn)[3]。姜楊等[4-7]研究表明，團(tuán)隊(duì)技能訓(xùn)練可以有效改善精神障礙患者的癥狀和社會(huì)功能，促進(jìn)患者康復(fù)，并且可以在慢性疾病中應(yīng)用。本研究是在團(tuán)隊(duì)技能訓(xùn)練的基礎(chǔ)上聯(lián)合運(yùn)用中醫(yī)循經(jīng)穴位拍打技術(shù)，探討對癲狂癥患者康復(fù)的有效性?，F(xiàn)報(bào)道如下。……
