摘 要:目的 了解不同年齡人群鋅營養狀況,更好地開展精準保健工作。方法 收集本院2018年1月~3月檢測微量元素的標本3907例,根據儀器及試劑廠家推薦分組及參考標準,0~1歲716例,1~2歲634例, 2~3歲355例,3~4歲287例,4~7歲560例,7~12歲441例,12~17歲129例,17歲以上785例,統計分析超出參考標準的數量及分布情況。結果 列入統計的全部人群3907例,缺鋅1199例,總缺鋅率30.69%。不同年齡組兒童血鋅水平均隨兒童年齡增加而逐漸升高,統計學意義顯著(P<0.01)。12~17歲組與17歲以上組缺鋅率比較,統計學意義顯著(P<0.01);其它各年齡組與17歲以上組缺鋅率比較,差異無統計學意義(P>0.05)。結論 遂寧地區人群缺鋅率較高,以12~17歲組缺鋅率最高,17歲以上年齡組缺鋅率達到28.92%,缺鋅不僅是兒童,成年人缺鋅也不能忽視,建議在健康體檢中納入全血鋅的檢測項目,對于缺鋅者進行精準補充,同時加大健康知識的宣傳,引導人們合理膳食和營養。

Abstract:Objective To understand the zinc nutritional status of people of different ages and to better carry out precision health care. Methods Collected in our hospital from January 2018 to March detection of trace elements in specimens of 3907 cases, according to the instrument and reagent factory recommend grouping and reference standard, 716 cases of aged 0 to 1, 634 cases of 1-2 years old, 355 cases of 2-3 years old, 3-4 years old in 287 cases, 560 cases aged 4-7, 7-12 years old in 441 cases, 129 cases of aged 12-17, 17 years old of above 785 examples, statistical analysis beyond number and distribution of the reference standard. Results There were 3907 cases of total population and 1199 cases of zinc deficiency, and the total zinc deficiency rate was 30.69%. The blood zinc level of children in different age groups increased gradually with the increase of children's age, with significant statistical significance (P<0.01). The zinc deficiency rate in the 12-17-year-old group and the 17-year-old group was statistically significant (P<0.01). There was no significant difference in the zinc deficiency rate between the other age groups and the 17-year-old group (P>0.05).Conclusion Suining zinc deficiency rate is higher, in the group of zinc, the highest rate in 12-17, 17 years of age or older age group zinc deficiency rate of 28.92%, zinc deficiency is not only the children, adults, zinc deficiency also cannot ignore, suggest in healthy physical examination into the detection of whole blood zinc project, make accurate for the zinc deficiency, at the same time increase the propaganda of health knowledge, guide the people rational diet and nutrition.

鋅(Zn)是人體必需的微量元素,在人體生長發育、生殖遺傳、免疫、內分泌等重要生理過程中起著極其重要的作用。鋅缺乏是影響兒童生長發育的重要因素,缺鋅時易出現味覺嗅覺差、厭食、生長緩慢與智力發育低于正常等表現[1,2]。由于鋅受環境土壤、飲食習慣的影響,各地缺鋅的報道差異極大[2-4],為了解遂寧地區兒童及成人鋅營養狀況,更好地開展精準保健工作,本研究對2018年1季度本地區在我院檢測的人群微量元素鋅含量進行分析,現報道如下。
1資料與方法
