羧甲基纖維素鈉眼液治療糖尿病合并白內障術后干眼的效果評價

摘 要：目的 觀察羧甲基纖維素鈉眼液治療糖尿病合并白內障術后干眼的臨床效果。方法 選取2016年7月～2018年5月我院收治的糖尿病合并白內障術后干眼患者90例，參照隨機數表法分為觀察組和對照組，各45例。對照組采用術后常規治療，觀察組在對照組基礎上予羧甲基纖維素鈉眼液治療，對比兩組BUT、Slt、FL評分、干眼癥癥狀評分。結果 觀察組治療后BUT為（10.21±0.59）s、Slt為（10.28±2.37）mm/5min，對照組分別為（8.76±0.52）s、（8.37±1.87）mm/5min，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）；觀察組治療后FL為（0.97±0.53）分，干眼癥癥狀評分為（0.52±0.23）分，低于對照組的（2.69±0.54）分、（0.91±0.37）分，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。結論 羧甲基纖維素鈉眼液治療可有效改善糖尿病合并白內障術后干眼患者干眼癥狀，縮短淚膜破裂時間，促進淚膜穩定恢復。

Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical effect of Carboxymethylcellulose sodium eye solution on postoperative dry eyes in diabetic patients combined with cataract.Methods From July 2016 to May 2018， 90 diabetic patients combined with cataract who had postoperative dry eyes in our hospital were selected.According to the random list method， the patients were divided into observation group and control group with 45 cases each.The control group was treated with conventional postoperative therapy， the observation group was treated with carboxymethylcellulose sodium eye solution on the basis of the control group， the BUT，Slt，FL score and the dry eye symptom score were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment，the BUT of the observation group was （10.21 ±0.59），Slt （10.28 ±2.37） mm/5min， the control group was （8.76 ±0.52） s， （8.37 ±1.87） mm/5min，the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）.The scores of FL and dry eye symptom in the observation group were （0.97 ±0.53） and （0.52 ±0.23） respectively， which were lower than those in the control group （2.69 ±0.54） and （0.91 ±0.37）， respectively，the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）.Conclusion Carboxymethylcellulose sodium eye solution can effectively improve the dry eye shape， shorten the time of tear film rupture and promote the stable recovery of tear film in diabetic patients combined with cataract.

糖尿病合并白內障發生與晶狀體內糖代謝紊亂有著重要關系，多采用白內障超聲乳化超摘除術進行治療，且具有切口小、角膜散光少及術后并發癥少等特點[1]。但由于術后淚膜破裂將對淚膜不穩定性造成影響，易產生視物模糊、燒灼感、干燥感等干眼癥癥狀，隨著病情發展將產生角膜穿孔，甚至誘發失明，嚴重影響患者術后日常生活及健康[2]。因此，術后采取有效措施對患者進行治療尤為重要。羧甲基纖維素鈉眼液是一種淚液，可在一定時間內保證眼部水分，改善患者臨床癥狀[3]。本研究對我院90例糖尿病合并白內障術后干眼癥患者進行研究，探討采用羧甲基纖維素鈉眼液治療該病的效果，現報告如下。

1 資料與方法

1.1一般資料 選擇2016年7月～2018年5月南昌愛爾眼科醫院眼科收治的90例糖尿病合并白內障術后干眼患者，采用隨機數表法分為觀察組和對照組，各45例。對照組中男26例，女19例，年齡40～68歲，平均年齡（57.89±6.72）歲；……
