貝那普利聯(lián)合血栓通膠囊對(duì)老年2型糖尿病合并高血壓患者血管內(nèi)皮功能的影響

[摘要] 目的 探討貝那普利聯(lián)合血栓通膠囊對(duì)老年2型糖尿病合并高血壓患者血管內(nèi)皮功能的影響。方法 選取該院老年病科2016年10月—2018年10月選取老年2型糖尿病合并高血壓患者86例作為研究對(duì)象，隨機(jī)均分為對(duì)照組和治療組。對(duì)照組給予貝那普利10 mg/d，治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上加服血栓通膠囊1粒/次，3次/d。治療8周后，觀察并比較兩組患者血清內(nèi)皮素1（ET-1）和一氧化氮（NO）等方面的變化。結(jié)果 治療后，兩組患者的SBP與DBP水平均有明顯下降，治療組在下降幅度上高于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后ET-1水平均有顯著降低，治療組在降低幅度上高于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。兩組患者治療后NO水平均有顯著升高，治療組在升高幅度上高于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 貝那普利聯(lián)合血栓通膠囊治療老年2型糖尿病合并高血壓患者，可以有效地降低患者血壓水平，有助于改善患者血管內(nèi)皮功能，值得在臨床上推廣使用。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of benazepril combined with Xueshuantong Capsule on vascular endothelial function in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension. Methods 86 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension were selected from October 2016 to October 2018 in our hospital. They were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group was given benazepril 10 mg/d， and the treatment group was given Xueshuantong Capsule 1 capsule/time， 3 times/d on the basis of the control group. After 8 weeks of treatment， changes in serum endothelin-1 （ET-1） and nitric oxide （NO） were observed and compared between the two groups. Results After treatment， both SBP and DBP levels were significantly lower in the two groups. The decrease in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group（P<0.05）. After treatment， the level of ET-1 was significantly lower than that of the control group， and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. The levels of NO in the two groups were significantly increased after treatment. The increase in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion Benazepril combined with Xueshuantong Capsule can effectively reduce the blood pressure level of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and hypertension. It is helpful to improve the vascular endothelial function of patients and it is worthy of clinical application.

近年來(lái)，有研究指出，糖尿病合并高血壓的患者會(huì)出現(xiàn)不同程度的血管內(nèi)皮功能障礙，且多發(fā)生在糖尿病患者微血管及微觀發(fā)生病變以前。如患者發(fā)生內(nèi)皮功能異常，那么就促進(jìn)了高血壓的進(jìn)程，從而誘發(fā)早期動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化的形成[1]。該文采用貝那普利聯(lián)合血塞通滴丸對(duì)老年2型糖尿病合并高血壓患者進(jìn)行治療，并觀察血管內(nèi)皮功能的變化，現(xiàn)報(bào)道如下。
