本項目意在強調空間的通透性、多樣性、流動性，功能、流線、布局、設施的安排及內外部環境的營造，均以人為中心，為工作人員提供舒適、優美的環境，從而激發其創作靈感。基于設計院的管理運營模式，我們采用“模塊化”的功能分區理念，以60人規模的標準分院為基本單元，將其圍繞貫通5層的共享中庭設置。每個辦公單元均采用8m×8m的標準柱網，使用面積為550m2，其中380m2的開放辦公空間沿最大采光面設置，以良好的工作環境激發員工的工作熱情。辦公樓外觀樸素典雅，每一個細節都力求精致、協調。建筑外墻采用透明玻璃、銀灰鋁復合板、鋼百葉和灰色面磚的組合，材料體系具有強烈的現代感，為建筑奠定了基本格調。頂部挑檐與底部石材、半弧形窗的運用既表現了特色，又呼應了毗鄰的教學主樓，延續了校園建筑的文脈。□

The research and office building of Architectural Design and Research Institute of HIT is intended to emphasize transparency, diversity, mobility, function,streamline, layout of space, facility arrangement,and internal environment creation, all of which are human-centered, and intend to provide a comfortable and beautiful environment for employees so as to stimulate their creative inspiration. Based on the management and operation mode of our design institute, we have adopted a "modularized" function division concept, with a standard branch institute with 60 staff members as a basic unit, centering upon a shared atrium running five stories high. Each office unit uses a standard 8mx8m column grid and has a usable area of 550m2, among which an open 380m2office space is provided along the largest daylighting surface, obtaining a good working environment to stimulate the work passion of staff members. The office building has a simple and elegant appearance because we strive to achieve exquisiteness and harmony in every detail. The exterior walls of the building consist of transparent glass, silver-gray aluminum composite panels, steel shutters and gray bricks, and the material system has a strong sense of modernity, laying a basic style for the building.The use of top cornice, bottom stone, and semiarc windows not only display features but also corresponds to the main building on HIT Second Campus, continuing the campus architectural context.□
