高考英語書面表達中時間與地點的寫法

筆者經過搜集整理，從2010年以來，高考英語全國卷的試題套數總計21套，其中只有2014年的全國II卷不是書信體，其余每套試卷均要求考生以李華的身份完成一封書信體作文。因此，書信體作文是高考英語全國卷作文命題的主旋律。具體情況如下：

規律探究

從以上表格中，我們不難發現：

從2010年以來，20套書信體作文中有13次出現了要求描述活動或者會議等發生的時間與地點的寫作要點，且有如下規律：

1. 從限制到開放。要求考生對時間和地點的描述逐漸由對信息要點的直接翻譯過渡到自由表達時間或者地點的開放式寫法。

2. 從具體類別看，如果要求考生完成一封邀請信、約稿信和通知，寫作要點中必然會涉及到對活動時間或者地點的描述。

3. 不僅考查對時間點的描述，同時也要求考生能正確表述時間段和某項活動的截止日期。例如：展覽時間就應該是一個有起始日期的持續時間段。

因要點中的時間和地點是開放式的，因此在寫作中需注意以下兩點：

1. 時間或地點要描述得明確具體，才可達到交際目的。如：在告知對方上課時間與地點時，一定要精確到時刻與某個場館，以便對方能準時找到上課地點。

2. 考生可選擇自己擅長的方式進行描述。

備考策略

為了能輕松應對這一高頻考點，我們可以做好以下幾點：

1. 牢記關于月份、星期和學校場所名稱的單詞。

月份：January，February，March，April，May，June，July，August，September，October，November，December

周日：Monday，Tuesday，Wednesday，Thursday，Friday，Saturday，Sunday

場所：classroom，library，stadium，school office，meeting room，school gate，teaching building

2. 正確表達時刻與日期。如：

在2019年7月1日上午8點：at 8 a.m. on July 1（st）， 2019或者at 8 a.m. on 1（st）July， 2019

在下周日下午3點：at 3 p.m. next Sunday

注意：在幾點用介詞at; 午前用a.m.， 午后用p.m.; 具體到哪一天用介詞on; 先描述時刻，再加“日+月，年”或者“月+日，年”。

3. 學會描述持續的時間段和截止時間。

（1）持續時間的描述：It will start on... and last （for）...days.

或者：It will start on... and end on... .

或者：It will be held/shown from...to... .

（2）截止時間的描述使用介詞before。如：

Would you please be so kind as to hand it to the school office before July 1？

4. 熟悉描述時間與地點的句式。

Sth. will/is going to be held/shown+地點+時間

I am wondering if sb. could ...+地點+時間

Would you please be so kind as to...+地點+時間

8. （2017年全國I卷）假定你是李華，正在教你的英國朋友Leslie學習漢語。請你寫封郵件告知下次上課的計劃。內容包括：（1）時間和地點。

9. （2017年全國Ⅱ卷）（中國剪紙藝術展的）展覽時間、地點。

10. （2017年全國Ⅲ卷）（加入校乒乓球隊的）報名方式及截止日期。

11.（2018年全國II卷）你受學生會委托為校宣傳欄“英語天地”寫一則英文通知，請大家觀看一部英文短片Growing Together，內容包括：（2）放映時間、地點。
