優化保護性約束流程在精神分裂癥患者護理中的 應用效果

【摘要】 目的：分析優化保護性約束流程在精神分裂癥患者護理中的應用效果。方法：筆者所在醫院于2016年12月開始實施保護性約束優化流程，選擇2014年12月-2016年11月就診的100例精神分裂患者為對照組，2016年12月-2018年10月就診100例精神分裂患者為觀察組。對照組給予常規保護性約束，觀察組在對照組基礎上優化保護性約束流程。統計兩組患者住院期間約束例數、平均每人約束次數及平均每人約束時間，統計兩組患者干預前后依從性及危險行為次數，采用自擬滿意度調查問卷調查兩組患者護理滿意度，統計兩組患者約束相關并發癥發生率。

結果：觀察組約束例數、平均每人約束次數及平均每人約束時間均少于對照組（P<0.05）;干預后觀察組依從性及危險行為次數均低于對照組（P<0.05）;觀察組滿意度高于對照組（P<0.05）;觀察組約束相關并發癥發生率低于對照組（P<0.05）。結論：優化保護性約束流程利于減少精神分裂患者進行約束次數及時間，并提高護理滿意度。

【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the application effects of optimization of protective constraint process in the nursing of patients with schizophrenia.Method：The hospital began implementing the protective constraint optimization process from December 2016.100 patients with schizophrenia from December 2014 to November 2016 were selected as the control group，and 100 patients with schizophrenia from December 2016 to October 2018 were selected as the observation group.The control group was given conventional protective constraint，and the observation group was given optimization of protective constraint process on the basis of control group.The number of patients with constraint，the average constraint frequency per person and the average constraint time per person were counted during hospitalization.The compliance and risk behaviors frequency in the two groups were counted before and after intervention.The self-made satisfaction questionnaire was used to investigate the nursing satisfaction between the two groups.The incidence rate of constraint-related complications was compared between the two groups.Result：The number of constraint cases，the average constraint frequency per person and the average constraint time per person in the observation group were less than those in the control group（P<0.05）.The compliance and risk behaviors frequency in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（P<0.05）.The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（P<0.05）.The incidence rate of constraint-related complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Optimization of protective constraint process is beneficial to reduce the number and time of constraint and improve nursing satisfaction in patients with schizophrenia.
