基于崗位能力導(dǎo)向的高職校藥學(xué)類專業(yè)藥事管理與法規(guī)信息化課程建設(shè)

摘 要 課程的信息化建設(shè)是職業(yè)教育研究的熱門話題。本文主要闡述了筆者依托泛雅網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)平臺進行“藥事管理與法規(guī)”課程建設(shè)過程中，以學(xué)生今后工作崗位能力為導(dǎo)向，研究構(gòu)建合理、系統(tǒng)的課程知識體系;研究建設(shè)學(xué)習(xí)平臺（資源）;研究應(yīng)用學(xué)習(xí)平臺的有效途徑;研究教學(xué)效果評價等。通過該課程信息化的建設(shè)應(yīng)用和評價，探究合適的教學(xué)方法，提升學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣和該課程的教學(xué)質(zhì)量。

Abstract The information construction of curriculum is a hot topic in Vocational Education research. This paper mainly elaborates that in the course of building Pharmaceutical Administration and Regulations on the basis of Fan-Ya Network Learning Platform， the author， guided by students' future job ability， studies and constructs a reasonable and systematic curriculum knowledge system， studies and constructs learning platform （resources）， and studies the effective ways of applying learning platform， evaluation of teaching effect， etc. Through the construction， application and evaluation of the course informatization， the appropriate teaching methods are explored to enhance students' interest in learning and the teaching quality of the course.

1 構(gòu)建合理、系統(tǒng)的課程知識體系

本文將以崗位能力分析為抓手，依據(jù)該課程的課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進行分析、整理該課程的知識體系，并對知識進行拆分形成可視可行的知識點，以便進一步進行資源建設(shè)。

（1）藥事管理與法規(guī)概述。知識點：藥事與藥事管理的概念;藥事管理重要性;藥事管理立法概念與特征、藥事法規(guī)的效力及藥事法律體系;該課程的重要性;《中國藥品管理法》及其實施條例。能力點：能應(yīng)用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)信息技術(shù)查詢與檢索相關(guān)醫(yī)藥法規(guī)、規(guī)章制度。

（2）藥品與藥品監(jiān)督管理。知識點：藥品的概念、分類及特殊性;藥品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與藥品質(zhì)量監(jiān)督管理及檢驗方法;藥品不良反應(yīng)報告及其定義、分類與監(jiān)測的目的意義及制度;處方藥與非處方藥分類管理的目的及其狀況;藥品召回管理的含義;藥品召回制度;藥品召回的實施。能力點：能識別假藥和劣藥;能區(qū)分處方藥及非處方藥;能開展藥品不良反應(yīng)監(jiān)測及報告;能根據(jù)需要查詢藥品標(biāo)準(zhǔn);能查閱國家藥品召回相關(guān)通告。……
