高校共青團對學生就業指導的作用研究

摘 要 高校共青團作為青年學生思想政治教育和第二課堂的重要陣地，要認真學習和貫徹習近平總書記有關青年發展的系列講話，全面提升服務青年大學生創業的工作，發揮組織優勢和思想政治教育優勢，促進青年大學生的就業質量。本文將從當前高校共青團服務大學生就業工作中存在的問題出發，分析共青團服務青年大學生就業的優勢，最后提出高校共青團促進青年大學生就業的具體途徑，旨在創新高校共青團的工作方式和提升高校大學生的就業能力。

Research on the Role of the Communist Youth League

in College Students' Employment Guidance

Abstract As an important position of Ideological and political education and the second classroom for young students， the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities should conscientiously study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's series of speeches on youth development， comprehensively improve the work of serving young college students' entrepreneurship， give full play to the advantages of organization and ideological and political education， and promote the employment quality of young college students. This paper will start from the problems existing in the current work of the Communist Youth League serving the employment of college students， analyze the advantages of the Communist Youth League serving the employment of young college students， and finally put forward specific ways to promote the employment of young college students by the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities， aiming at innovating the working methods of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities and improving the employment ability of college students.

在就業形勢日益嚴峻的背景下，高等院校青年學生的就業問題成為社會熱點問題之一，青年大學生是祖國的未來和民族的希望，其就業問題關系到國計民生的大事，也是響應黨和國家政策號召的政要途徑。高等高院校共青團作為大學生思想政治教育重要第二課堂，對大學生的成長成才具有重要的作用。高校大學生作為青年群體的重要組成部分，共青團承擔著青年學生的全面發展的重要職責，因此，高等院校共青團要充分發揮組織優勢，在思想導向上引領大學生的創業就業意識，在實踐活動中培養大學生的正確擇業觀，全心全意為高校大學生的就業工作進行指導和服務。

1 高校共青團服務大學生就業工作中存在的問題

當前高等院校共青團有效地推進了大學生的就業工作，取得了一定的成績，解決了大學生就業困難的問題，但工作服務中仍舊存在一定的問題。

（1）工作思想缺乏理論指導。我國高校就業指導起步較晚，尚處于探索積累階段，多數高校由就業指導中心擔任指導工作，高校共青團組織在一定程度上產生定位偏差，認為共青團在就業指導服務中本應處于輔助地位，或個別高校共青團能意識到就業指導的重要性，但對青年學生指導的過程中依然停留在理論知識的引導上，就業創業相關的專業知識匱乏，組織的創業就業活動多數流于形式，沒有實質意義，思想意識相對薄弱，工作能力有持提高。高校共青團工作人員對高校青年學生的就業服務工作還僅僅停留在畢業季的就業信息搜集和登記之中，工作指導思想嚴重滯后于當前高校共青團工作改革的需要，不利于共青團組織優勢的發揮和工作方式的創新。

（2）工作內容脫離學生需求。當前大部分高校共青團的日常工作是組織活動，在就業指導方面的活動也僅局限于校園內開展就業指導講座，解析國家對高校青年學生就業創業的扶持政策，在解決青年學生就業問題上無法起到實質性的作用，個別就業指導講座內容千篇一律，久不更新，枯燥乏味，不能引起青年學生的共鳴，為了任務而服務，無法根據學生需求解決實際問題。對于高校青年學生而言，就業指導更應該注重社會實踐活動，親身體驗創業就業過程中的喜悅與辛酸，才能切實就業指導的中心思想。
