摘? 要:個性化教學是師生通過協同與溝通對學生個性化的學習狀況從多角度、多層面開展指導和評價,以此達成因人施教促進學生全面發展的目的。師生是組成個性化教學的雙方面,管理者作為支持因素提供著重要的保證機制。通過實際調查和資料分析,從以下幾方面促進個性化教學目標的達成:1. 通過分級分類的技術培訓增強教師的信息教育素養;2. 加強對知識特點、學生認知特征差異與網絡信息呈現特點相匹配的研究,提高學習者對材料的良性體驗;3. 提高學生信息化學習的能力;4. 學校管理部門在支持信息化教學的建設方面,注意均衡發展和可持續發展的戰略思維,平衡好硬件系統投入與教學系統的投入。

Abstract: Individualized teaching is to guide and evaluate students' individualized learning situation from different perspectives and levels through cooperation and communication between teachers and students, so as to achieve the goal of promoting students' all-round development by teaching according to people. Teachers and students are the two sides of individualized teaching, and managers as supporting factors provide an important guarantee mechanism. Through actual investigation and data analysis, we can promote the achievement of individualized teaching objectives from the following aspects: 1. enhancing teachers' information education literacy through technical training of grading and classification; 2. strengthening the research on the matching of knowledge characteristics, students' cognitive characteristics and network information presentation characteristics, so as to improve learners' benign experience to information; 3. Improve students' ability of information learning; 4. School management departments should pay attention to the strategic thinking of balanced development and sustainable development in supporting the construction of information-based teaching, and balance the input of hardware system and teaching system.

個性即人的獨特品質,它是人們在日常生活中所表現出來的身體 、能力、氣質、行為特征等心理傾向方面的總和,反映了個體身心整體的特殊性與差異性。個性化教學,“就其實質來說,意味著尋求各種不同的變體和途徑,籍以按照各種不同的個人特點去達到一般的培養目標。”[1]具體地說就是在教學中尊重學生的個體性和差異性,在了解學生的不同需要、學習興趣、認知水平、認知偏好等的基礎上,進行“因材施教”的教育理念。近幾十年來,教育革新最積極的領域之一是個性化教學,在全世界的教育環境中,一種適合學習者個別差異的愈來愈多樣化的技術己經發展起來。……
