某電子設(shè)備靜電放電抗擾度試驗問題分析及對策

摘?要：為鑒定設(shè)備本身的電磁兼容能力，取得合格資質(zhì)。某電子設(shè)備在具有有鑒定資質(zhì)的試驗平臺進行了一系列的電磁兼容試驗，但在靜電放電抗擾度試驗過程中，出現(xiàn)了不符合試驗性能判據(jù)的現(xiàn)象，本次基于試驗中出現(xiàn)的問題，對現(xiàn)象進行分析，并針對問題采取了一系列的靜電防護措施。最終通過了試驗?？蔀橥悊栴}作為參考。

Abstract：In order to identify the electromagnetic compatibility of the equipment itself and obtain qualified qualifications.A series of electromagnetic compatibility tests have been carried out on a certified test platform for an electronic equipment.However，in the process of ESD immunity test，there is a phenomenon that does not conform to the test performance criterion.Based on the problems in the test，this paper analyses the phenomena and adopts a series of electrostatic protection measures to solve the problems.Finally，it passed the test.It can be used as a reference for similar problems.

靜電放電現(xiàn)象平時在我們生活中隨處可見，對于電子設(shè)備，靜電放電可對設(shè)備形成干擾，造成設(shè)備死機，器件損壞等嚴重現(xiàn)象[1～2]。本次針對某電子設(shè)備靜電放電抗擾度試驗過程中出現(xiàn)的問題，根據(jù)靜電防護的原理[3]進行分析，完成了對設(shè)備的整改。最終證明整改措施有效，可以電子設(shè)備抗靜電干擾做參考。

1 靜電放電試驗原理及測試結(jié)果

本次靜電試驗根據(jù)設(shè)備的規(guī)格指導(dǎo)書規(guī)定，試驗等級為4級：空氣放電±15kV，接觸放電±8kV，試驗按照標準GB/T17626.2-2006電磁兼容試驗和測量技術(shù)靜電放電抗擾度試驗執(zhí)行。空氣放電模擬的是設(shè)備操作人員在觸摸鄰近設(shè)備時，對所關(guān)心這臺設(shè)備的影響，主要針對的是縫隙，采用圓頭進行測試。直接放電模擬的是設(shè)備操作人員直接觸摸設(shè)備時對設(shè)備的放電設(shè)備工作的影響，主要針對的是金屬外殼和金屬螺釘，采用尖頭進行測試。

本次試驗判決為A類，在試驗過程中及試驗后按性能要求連續(xù)正常工作。

測試結(jié)果如下：
