外事為民初心 助推內陸開放高地建設

2019年，重慶市政府外辦貫徹落實習近平總書記對重慶提出的“兩點”定位，“兩地”“兩高”目標，發揮“三個作用”和營造良好政治生態的重要指示精神，堅持以大外事服務大開放推動大發展。舉辦了系列重大外事活動，提升重慶國際知名度和美譽度;通過廣泛締結國際友好城市，建立更多領事館，密切重慶與世界各國的聯系;切實踐行“以人為本，外交為民”宗旨，不斷改進和提升對外服務水平。充分展示外事工作者致力于改革開放、建設內陸開放高地的“初心”，和肩負積極投身“大外事”、促進“大開放”的神圣“使命”。

外國駐渝蓉領團密集互動 積極參與開放平臺活動

2019年，市政府外辦與外國駐渝蓉領團密集互動、謀劃合作，積極邀請各國政府、商業、企業組團參加重慶舉辦的大型國際會展活動，利用外事資源服務區縣對外發展，推動重慶與有關國家交流，助力各國駐渝蓉領團全方位、多領域參與重慶內陸開放高地建設。

做好領事保護工作 踐行“外交為民”初心

2019年，市政府外辦牢記“外交為民”的初心和使命，會同有關部門聯動開展海外安全防范應對常識及文明出游知識宣傳，加強海外安全預警預防和聯防聯控，積極維護“走出去”人員和企業的合法權益。使外交外事工作更加接地氣、惠民生，讓重慶市民可以更安心地走出國門，增強安全感、獲得感和幸福感。

駐渝國（境）外媒體、中央在渝媒體深入區縣采訪調研

2019年，市政府外辦兩次組織駐渝國（境）外媒體、中央在渝媒體及部分市屬主流媒體記者赴區縣采訪調研，針對重慶各地的脫貧攻堅、鄉村振興、產業發展、文化保護和旅游發展等情況進行集中采訪和對外宣介。

促進渝港澳交流往來 拉緊務實合作紐帶

2019年，市政府港澳辦積極發揮橋梁紐帶作用，進一步密切渝港、渝澳聯系，積極融入粵港澳大灣區建設、共建“一帶一路”，推進渝港澳三地在金融、貿易、科技創新、青少年交流和法律等領域在更深層次、更廣范圍的務實合作。

In 2019， Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal Peoples Government followed General Secretary Xi Jinpings “two positions” of Chongqing and the goals set for the city and implemented his instruction of giving full play to the "three roles" and creating a good political ecology. The office adhered to the principle of promoting opening up and great development through all-round foreign affairs service. A series of major foreign affairs activities were held to enhance Chongqing's international image and reputation. By forging more sister city and friendship city relationships and the establishment of more consulates， Chongqing has formed closer ties with other countries in the world. The office earnestly implemented the tenet of "putting people first and diplomacy for the people" and continued to improve and upgrade the service level， which fully demonstrated the original aspiration of the foreign affairs staff to stay committed to reform and opening up and facilitate the construction of an opening up highland in inland China， and their sacred mission of developing greater foreign affairs to promote greater opening up.
