【摘要】 目的 探討研究語言發育遲緩患兒的智能發育水平情況。方法 120例語言發育遲緩患兒, 按照病情嚴重程度分為輕度組(67例)、中度組(41例)以及重度組(12例)。對所有參與本次實驗的語言發育遲緩患兒應用語言發育遲緩評定法以及Gesell發育量表進行評測, 觀察比較三組患兒智能發育情況(語言、運動、適應行為、精細化動作、社交能力)以及智能障礙(適應行為低下、精細化動作困難、社交障礙)發生情況。結果 重度組患兒語言、適應行為、社交能力評分分別為(35.92±7.26)、(54.17±9.14)、(62.06±11.68)分, 均低于中度組的(49.68±7.73)、(64.78±10.29)、(70.55±11.49)分和輕度組的(62.19±11.76)、(73.02±12.37)、(78.36±12.72)分, 且中度組患兒語言、適應行為、社交能力評分低于輕度組, 差異具有統計學意義(P<0.05);三組運動以及精細化動作能力評分比較, 差異無統計學意義(P>0.05)。隨著病情嚴重程度的增加, 智能障礙發生率隨之增加, 三組患兒適應行為低下、精細化動作困難以及社交障礙的發生情況比較, 差異具有統計學意義(P<0.05)。結論 語言發育遲緩兒童的適應行為、語言以及社交發育均會受到影響, 且隨著病情嚴重程度的增加, 智能障礙發生率隨之增加, 因此應在臨床治療訓練中加強缺陷訓練, 促進患兒的恢復。

【Abstract】 Objective? ?To discuss the intelligence development level of children with language retardation. Methods? ?A total of 120 children with language retardation were divided into mild group (67 cases), moderate group (41 cases) and severe group (12 cases) by severity of illness. All the children in the experiment were assessed by language retardation assessment method and Gesell development scale. The intelligence development (language, exercise, adaptive behavior, refinement action, social ability) and the occurrence of intelligence disorder (adaptation behavior low, refinement action difficult, social disorder) were observed and compared among the three groups. Results? ?The language, adaptive behavior, social ability scores were (35.92±7.26), (54.17±9.14), (62.06±11.68) points in severe group, which were lower than (49.68±7.73), (64.78±10.29), (70.55±11.49) points in moderate group and (62.19±11.76), (73.02±12.37), (78.36±
12.72) points in mild group. The language, adaptive behavior, social ability scores in moderate group was lower than those in the mild group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in motor and fine motor ability scores among three groups (P>0.05). With the increase of the severity of the disease, the incidence of intelligent disorders increased. There was statistically significant difference in incidence of low adaptive behavior, difficulty in fine movement and social barrier among three groups (P<0.05). Conclusion? ?The adaptive behavior, language and social development of children with language retardation will be affected. With the increase of the severity of the disease, the incidence of intelligent disorders will increase. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen defect training in clinical treatment training to promote the recovery of children.

語言發育遲緩在臨床上多指由于各種原因引起的兒童在言語表達或語言理解上能力明顯較正常同齡期兒童落后, 屬于常見語言障礙的一種[1]。語言發育遲緩發病與多種因素相關, 包括智力低下、聽力障礙、語言環境的影響以及其他中樞性疾病等[2]。目前, 據相關流行病學研究表明該病在兒童中發病率較高[3], 發病時多表現為表達性語言障礙以及感受性語言障礙, 發病后對于兒童語言表達以及理解能力具有嚴重影響, 甚至關系到患兒的正常發育、社交以及其他能力, 應當引起重視[4]。……
